Room was very clean. Bed was the most comfortable I’ve ever had in a hotel. Bathroom was clean. Love not having carpet anywhere in the room. Breakfast was average. Same as any other place has. Check-in was easy with pre check in. Checkout was easy also. Looks like a newer place or total renovation job had been done. There wasn’t a stopper in the sink though. I’m not a fan of the handicap shower wand. You don’t get the same pressure out of those heads. No matter how you turn the head

The room was clean and modern. It was a good night stay for a quick stay over. The staff were cautious and friendly. We had to asked to change to a new room due to the room temperature was being low and we couldn’t change the temperature in the room due to the unit was not working.

Hotel was built in June 2025, so accommodations were like new and excellent. Breakfast buffet was also good and delicious with a wide variety of food offerings. Front desk staff and employee working in dining room was also nice and friendly.

Staff was courteous, friendly. Lobby was beautiful. Room was nice upon entering, but there are stains on the couch, and everything is mounted crooked. The sink mirror, both TVs, and another picture. Just a bit odd. My main complaint is i booked this room to accommodate 6 people, noting that the room says it sleeps 6, two queen beds and a pull out couch. Only to find the pull out couch is only a single bed. When i asked about it, the attendant only said it's meant for small children, and they didn't have anything else that could accommodate us. So my fully grown teenage kids had to be creative with sleeping arrangements. Thankfully we were only stopping for one night.

Very nice stay. Breakfast was decent but very limited. Potatoes were not edible. Staff was wonderful. Room very clean and comfortable. Room was too quiet though and there was no way to keep the fan on the AC running. It got a tad warm.

Vraiment déçu de cet hotel. Je ne pense plus remettre les pieds dans un Best Western. Le personnel était lent et peu coopératif, la chambre était très décevante, pas nettoyé au vue des traces sur le sol. Nous étions 4 et avions pris une chambre pour 4 mais le canapé lit était un canapé lit 1 place. Le personnel à l’accueil trouvait ça normal. De plus, il n’y avait ni oreiller, ni draps, ni couverture pour le canapé lit. Comment vous pouvez vendre une chambre pour 4 personnes et ne rien mettre dans la chambre. De plus le petit déjeuner était pas bon. Bref, grosse deception.
