Planning to visit beautiful, Historic Savannah? Look no further! Sit on the third floor balcony and watch the horse and carriage tours stroll by while the church bells toll at each new hour. Coming for St. Patrick's Day? 'The unit is on the St. Patrick's Day Parade route! Watch the parade and enjoy the festivities right from the balcony! The State St. Parking Garage is located conveniently next door.
Overlooking Oglethorpe Square, the modern one room studio comfortably accommodates two guests. The studio is located in The Graham Building. Built in 1924 by Mrs. Graham, the building originally served as housing for women immigrating to the US from England. The Graham Building has unique historic character while providing modern amenities.
This modern unit has been tastefully decorated with all the amenities needed to make your stay enjoyable. The efficiency kitchen features beautiful white modern cabinetry, hard surface counter top, tiled back splash, and stainless steel appliances. The bathroom has a tiled shower stall and a pedestal sink. The comfortable queen bed, writing desk, leather chair with reading lamp, and flat screen TV provide you all the comforts of home. French doors open to the balcony for a breath-taking view of Oglethorpe Square. The covered balcony table and chairs provide the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee.
Located beside the infamous Owens-Thomas House on the corner of Abercorn and State Streets, you will be a very short walk from restaurants, shopping, spas, museums, theaters, churches, City Market, as well as River Street. Take the River Street Ferry across the River to Hutchinson Island where you will find pristine golf.
This chic studio apartment is ideal for a business visit or a unique, romantic getaway. There is truly something for everyone in Savannah!

Just as pictured. Walk everywhere in the historic district. Parking on the street was not easy to find. Suggest not buying a street parking pass and just use the parking garage nearby. Loved the old building. So perfect for a Savannah experience.

Cannot beat the location and the unit is in great shape with just about everything you could possibly need, other than a microwave. Bed is comfy and everything is in working order, building is quiet.We stayed for 8 nights and had an amazing time in clearly one of the most beautiful cities in America, and it's on full display the moment you walk out of the building and see Oglethorpe Square. Whether you want the full tourist experience of the river district or just want to walk through beautiful square after beautiful square on your way to Forsyth Park, the unit is ideally located.Due to the holiday we got very lucky with a free parking spot several blocks away but otherwise you will have to pay for daily parking via apps or use the nearby garage. Highly recommend Municipal Bar just around the corner, Common Restaurant for weekday happy hours, Peregrin rooftop, all within a couple blocks, with so much more to choose from. We will be back!

Best place and host ever!!
This was the best location in historic Savannah. We walked all over from north to south and then east west. I recommend this host, unit and location 100%. The apartment is so adorable, clean and efficient. There is everything there that you would need.

Amazing stay great location

Perfect stay
This studio is perfect for two people. It was very clean and in a great location for walking within the historic district. We loved the balcony overlooking Oglethorpe Square! We would definitely stay here again if returning to Savanna.

LOCATION
Room was very conveniently located right within walking distance of everything! Very comfortable room and bed! Parking was a small issue but not terrible. It was frustrating to have to pay to park every day but the 2 day pass was handy. Would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

Our honeymoon!
We had the best time! Our host was absolutely generous and so nice. He went above and beyond for my husband and I. Our honeymoon was absolutely the best. Very clean property and close to lots of adventures
