Perfectly located just 15 minutes from historic downtown Savannah and 20 minutes from the sandy shores of North Tybee Beach, this inviting space offers the best of both worlds: easy access to coastal adventures and the charm of Savannah’s cobblestone streets.

Notes:
1. The pool is heated only between 1 October and 30 April. A $50 heating charge applies per night, and coordination must be made at least 48 hours in advance to ensure the pool has ample time to reach the max temperature of 80º F. When the pool is being heated, the pool cover must be fully deployed over the pool when not in use.
2. Please bring your own condiments and spices. The fully equipped kitchen refers to cooking utensils, pots/pans, and serveware. For everyone's safety, all opened food items are discarded during the property turnover process.
3. Only hypoallergenic dogs are welcome to the property with a maximum weight of 45 pounds. No fighting or dangerous breeds are allowed at the property. Please refer to our house rules for fees and additional guidance.
4. While group events are allowed, parties, loud music, breaking the maximum occupancy of 8 guests, and uncoordinated/undisclosed events are strictly prohibited. Please refer to our house rules for additional information and guidelines.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the house, the driveway, and the pool area. Please do not attempt to open any locked closets and the storage shed as those are there for storage.
The Neighborhood:
The property sits on Wilmington Island Rd. This is a very quiet and residential area of Savannah. While there are neighbors on either side of the home, they are very respectful and quiet, so your privacy will be respected throughout your stay. We ask that you do the same for them to maintain harmony. The neighborhood is close to the highway that leads directly to Tybee and Downtown, so you will enjoy the benefits and convenience of being able to reach anywhere in Savannah in no time!
There are many convenience stores, gas stations, restaurants, and even a Walmart and Kroger within 7 to 10 minutes from the property. So you can get all you need for your stay without a fuss!
Getting Around:
The house is conveniently located in Wilmington Island, which is halfway between Tybee Island (15-min) and Downtown Savannah (20-min). You can easily Uber/Lyft to either side if you're not interested in driving around - but you will definitely need transportation to get around as the roadways are not walkable due to the lack of sidewalks.
There is a very nice Kroger grocery store approximately two miles from the house. In the event of an emergency, you can go to Urgent Care 24/7 in Whitemarsh (10-minute drive). The Chatham County Police Precinct is approximately 2.5-miles. And the closest fire emergency station is 1.5-miles away.
Interaction with Guests:
We live close by, so we are available to our guests day and night. You are welcome to reach us via the app or by calling us anytime. We are here for you!
You are set up for self-check-in. It is essential to visit the Guest App for step-by-step instructions on how to access the property.
The space is dog-friendly. Our pet fee is set to $50 per day, per dog. This helps us maintain the space at a high level of cleanliness while accepting fur friends. Note: ESAs also pay a pet fee.
