Perfect weekend getaway

The Hawkins house is absolutely AMAZING!! They thought of every little detail that you might need. So beautiful and cozy. The private pool was such an amazing bonus to have in a downtown location. We loved our experience here and will definitely be back.

Charming Hawkins House

This house was exactly what we need for our girls' weekend. It was perfectly walkable to all the places that we wanted to go to; secluded so it felt restful, and comfortable for us to settle into for 3-4 days. What a gem!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We very much enjoyed our stay at the Hawkins House. The space was just right for our group of four adults. The parking is on street and requires moving the car on street sweeper days, once a week. That’s the only time it was moved. We walked to River Street, restaurants, historic sites, a grocery store and parks easily. The kitchen was compact but well equipped except for flatware. It was great to have the Keurig coffee maker. The living room was a pleasant for our talking, tv viewing and reading the books and magazines that were provided.

Girls trip with 3 generations

I rented this adorable house to stay with my mom & daughter while visiting my other daughter who lives in Savannah. I have stayed in a LOT of Savannah VRBOs and this was our favorite. Not the biggest, but just adorable. Great for a few girlfriends who plan on touring the city and eating out. They pack a LOT into this little gem. TVs in every room (although I think we only turned 1 on) robes in the bedrooms, even a working record player! We sat in the courtyard and had coffee while my daughter took a dip in the pool. The pool is tiny, but suited us perfectly! I wouldn't hesitate to rent again.

Wonderfully located and charming

The house is located right on the corner of Jones Street, one of the most picturesque in Savannah. The space is lovely and comfortable. We walked to many of the attractions, so the location is great. There are some elements you'd expect from a historic house, such as squeaky floors and stairs, but I would definitely book here again.
