Awesome cottage style condo in downtown Savannah with a pool. It was built in the late 1800's and is listed as a historic property. This is a great place to spend your stay in Savannah at a great price. It is about three blocks from Forsyth Park and one block from the start of the St. Patrick's Day parade. The condo is well within walking distance or a short bike ride of River Street and about a 15-20 minute drive from Tybee Island. It features a dedicated off-street parking space. The condo has been renovated and features a full kitchen with granite and stainless appliances, washer and dryer, small outside porch, living room with flat screen television, one bedroom and a pull out full size sofa in the living room. There are two original fireplaces, hardwood floors and crown moulding and trim throughout.

Everything downtown Savannah has to offer is nearby including historic tours, fine dining, tours, great nightlife, museums, mansions, art galleries, parks, coffee shops and much more!

The kitchen was well stocked, there’s plenty of towels, wash cloths, blankets and sheets! The location was right near the historic district which was nice the check out process was literally a breeze! The hosts were accommodating when our flight was canceled and had availability to host us for an extra night. The host got back to us very quickly as well!

Nice spot for 2... few updates would be nice... darker or thicker curtains in kitchen area and TV in bedroom. Couch doesn't have a recliner so hard to relax. Plenty of towels and hand cloths but no shampoo, conditioner, or soap. Overall it was nice for short weekend trip to be close to River Street.

Host was very attentive. The place was as pictured on vrbo site. Had to get used to the unevnness of the floors due to age of building, lol. My only recommendation woul be to remove shower window curtain and put an opaque film on for privacy and a new shoer curtain liner.

The kichen was fine as I had no intentions on doing any cooking on this outing. The cleaning person didn't actually vacuum or wipe sofa down in living room. I saw food on the floor and sofa that I had to wipe off and the rug was kinda gritty because of that. Suggestion for owner, need to change out the sheer curtain at the sliding door. People are able to see inside especially at night. I was very uncomfortable since I was alone. Other than that it was all good.

The kitchen didn’t have decent pans for cooking or cooking oil. No TP, coffe filters or instructions on using dishwasher. The bed is so high you can barely get in it. Back door slider had sheer curtain so very little privacy. Host was very nice.

The entire stay was nice .Only thing that could have been better was the parking, in the description it states it has specified parking numbers it doesnt have specified parking for this condo the red fence is there but no number indicating specific spots. We had issues with the light in master bedroom it came on one time then went out and didnt come back on. Fan worked great, water had good pressure and perfect temperature. Overall great spot for the price. We were in walking distance of a Kroger grocery store and few mins driving and walking of attractions.

The location was excellent—very convenient—and the place was clean with a well-equipped kitchen. The pool was a nice feature, even though I didn’t get the chance to use it. Parking was easy enough; while the instructions mention a numbered space, there aren’t actually numbers, but the signage makes it clear where to park.Some areas could use improvement. The bed was extremely tall, with a memory foam topper not shown in the photos. It required a set of steps to climb in and out of, which isn’t practical—especially for older guests—and the topper made it sleep very hot. It was also too soft for my husband’s comfort. During our three-night stay, we saw two roaches. I understand bugs are common in Savannah, but having spray available would help. The Glade plug-ins were overpowering, and although there was a dehumidifier, the space would really benefit from an air purifier. My husband and daughter’s allergies were triggered, and my clothes smelled musty afterward. In the bathroom, the shower window shade had pink mildew—frosted glass film would be a cleaner option.Overall, the stay was convenient and had some nice features, but updates to the bed, air quality, and bathroom details would make a big difference.

Mother daughter time

It was first visit to the area. chose the accommodation due to the price and amenities, especially the private pool. Location was great, especially being very near to the grocery store to pick up supplies, and in a less touristy part of town. House is really cute. Definitely dated but very sufficient. Nicely well stocked kitchen compared to other places I've stayed, linens, etc. A Keurig coffee maker would be a good addition though. Bed was comfortable but getting a little saggy in the middle for 2 people. Definitely high as mentioned in another post. Use the provided stool if needed. TV was a little hard to figure out how to use too. Shower was amazing! We noticed a small plumbing problem on arrival but owners were GREAT with the responsiveness to fix and had maintenance head right over. Communication with owners was top notch! Super responsive. Had a little trouble with the key box for entry and exit but maintenance helped us with that too. Nice to have parking too. Highly recommend!

Great Place, but expect the "old house mold smell"

Everything was excellent. I did read all the other reviews before booking this property. None I saw mentioned the damp mildew smell, particularly in the bathroom and the dining room. Upon entering, you do not smell it. Everything was very clean and in shape. Comfortable bed, couch, and decorated tastefully. I realize this smell is something that happens with all old houses, and it is not a deal breaker, but I felt it needed to be acknowledged as some are probably more susceptible to mold, mildew, and these smells. We had a hard time adjusting to it and could not even brush our teeth in the bathroom. I would stay here again, but I would be more prepared for the mold and the smell. Luckily, Kroger's is just around the corner so we were able to purchase allergy medication and air freshener.

I loved this hidden little gem in the middle of everything! Its cute & quaint & so much better than staying in a traditional hotel. The parking area & assigned spots are missing signs which had us nervous about being towed but we werent. The homes show some age but that is to be expected. The mattress on the pull out sofa is uncomfortable & may need to be replaced. The property listing shows as "sleeps 4" which it does with the sofabed but that isnt stated in the listing. The pool and patio area is absolutely lovely. I would return to this property if visiting Savannah again!

We enjoyed our stay here! Everything was clean upon arrival. Plenty of towels and beach towels to use. We loved the pool. Location was an easy/short drive to River st and within walking distance to Forsyth park and a cute coffee shop (Mate Factor). The condo was spacious enough for myself, sister and 2 kids.

What a fabulous find this was! Impeccably clean, inviting and relaxing! This adorable condo had everything and more. Luxe linens, soothing hues and even pool towels, W&D. I loved the private pool area.Very walkable to Forsyth park, easy jump on transportation or the trolley from there. Super close to a grocery store. I recommend you follow the directions given by owner, not google maps ( Haa ha) The parking and entrance is in the Alley. There were some loud times with shared renters using pool . The owners were quick to respond and offer suggestions. I’ve already recommended this VRBO to a friend who want to explore Savannah. I would absolutely stay here again!

We were surprise to see this appeared to be one house divided into three parts. There are almost no windows as it is a middle unit. The bedroom window blind did not work and the mattress was very uncomfortable. The bathroom seemed to have mildew and an odor. The walls were very thin, so you could hear people talking other units and heard any car that drove by.

Cute, convenient and cozy

Excellent location! We were able to walk to most locations or take a short trip down to river street with an Uber. I highly recommend this place for your next getaway.
