Lovely Stay

Perfect location. Great communication with property management. One issue with the AC, but they were on it immediately and fixed in less than an hour. Very impressed! I would totally stay again and recommend to anyone.

Awesome location

Perfect place for a couple or small family wanting to enjoy the historic city of Savannah and the surrounding area. Located right off Madison Square with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby, this charming apartment can't be beat.

Beautiful area

We enjoyed our time in Savannah and this property was conveniently located close to everything. We loved walking to the various squares,City Market and River Street.

Nice place

Great location, good size for the price. Lots to do in the area. Listing is accurate. Only issue is parking since it’s only street parking and Savannah makes you pay out the wazoo for street parking.

Great location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this cozy spot. It’s a perfect place for a couple. It’s located right by Madison Square and within walking distance of many destinations and restaurants. We loved the little bookstore next door. Savannah is such a beautiful city! We shall return.

Great location

Perfect location. Next door to my favorite book store in Savannah, E. Shaver. Very close to our favorite pub, Six Pence. Great historical houses to tour across the square. Only negative is the bed is very hard and uncomfortable.

Ideal location

This is a very nice, and ideally located property near to shops, restaurants, and the Cathedral. It is right next to the best independent bookstore in Savannah which was a big plus for us. Savannah had unusual very cold weather during our stay, but we were able to reach the property manager on a Sunday and they promptly brought out a space heater for the downstairs. The upstairs where the bed is located was comfortably warm. We would stay here again.

This property was exactly as stated in the listing - so much so that I felt "at home" there immediately upon check-in. Its proximity to many of the things we wanted to see and experience was a major plus. I would highly recommend it!

Great Unit, Great location

Location is prime--one block south of Liberty St (which means no parking meters on Saturday). Walk to all the sites, restaurants, etc. Unit was clean and had everything you'll need. I can recommend and will likely stay here again when I return.

Very Charming Stay

I really loved staying here. From the exterior (with its courtyard) to the location to the decor, it's a very picturesque little house. Everything is updated but the hardwood floors are a lot older (still in good condition though) which I really loved. Location is great for walkability and is far enough from River Street/Bay/Broughton that it's more quiet but not so far removed that you feel disconnected at all.

Cozy Historic Getaway in Great Location

This was the perfect spot for our anniversary getaway. Central to everything without being crowded. Close walks to great restaurants, bars, all the squares, the Basilica is right there, trolley stops at the corner, our ghost tour started in Madison Square, and the bookstore next door was very charming with a huge selection. All the classic and beautiful historical houses on oak lined cobblestone streets are all around you. We ran into the owner upon arrival, who was very friendly and came back to give us a gift card to his restaurant Ardsley Station, which we reserved for our last night; great upscale spot with amazing food: highly recommend. This spot helped create a truly magical getaway. Would book again.

Spring Break

The location is fantastic. Very clean. The pool is very nice, but about a 30 minute drive. Not a fan of memory foam mattresses though. The AC vent was in the ceiling and blows right on you sitting on the couch. There was a musty smell on the first floor that got better when the AC was set colder.

Location location

Pros: great location for walking everywhere. Next to a bookstore! Very cozy for 2.Cons: not for light sleepers as weekend street noise was on going until 2-3am. Weekdays were much better noise wise. Minor issue: hair dryer didn't work in bathroom outlet but was fine in the bedroom.Overall a nice apartment with a very convenient location.

The house was really cute but near a very loud bar with screaming and fighting past 3 am. There was a structure issue with the home on our second night of the stay. I can’t say enough about the management company of their care, attention and resolution of the issue

Christmas week in Savannah

My husband and I spent our week discovering Savannah for our first time. Great safe location close to all our points of interest. Appartement was welcoming after our daily outing. Kitchen is set enough for making simple meal as it had no exhaust fan installed. Master bedroom conveniently located upstairs and bed very comfy. We really appreciate remodeled bathroom with large shower. It is an old construction but remodeled nicely. We would like to come back at Spring time ! 3.9 stars

Fantastic Location!

This is an ideal location, you can walk everywhere! Parking wasn't an issue, we didn't have to pay on the weekend and got a pass for the rest of our stay. We were able to walk everywhere quickly, given the central location. Ideal for 2 people, or a small family. The windows appear to be original, which are lovely, but not soundproof. Bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper, as you can hear rowdy people on the sidewalk or car horns. But you can also hear the lovely church bells, which we loved. Bed was very comfortable, bathroom was a great size. Furniture and decor were very inviting. And you are right next to the awesome E. Shaver Bookstore and steps from the square. Very happy with our stay!
