This apartment is a finished attic space on the 3rd floor in a beautifully restored 1890 home. This unique space is like nothing you've ever stayed in before. It's ideal for small friend groups, couples, or small families. With a 94/100 walk score, this fun and bold space is conveniently located 2 blocks from the heart of the Starland District, offering trendy local fare and shopping. The home is also surrounded by ample free street parking.

This is a 3rd-floor apartment! So yes, stairs! The space is open-concept you can see the living room, dining area, kitchen, and bedroom all from one spot. There is one queen-sized bed with a Casper mattress, and a pull-out sleeper sofa (about full size, 42" x 71"). The sleeper sofa would be comfortable for 1 adult, or 2 smaller children.

This cozy “attic” was the perfect size for our family of 3. Our 2 1/2 year old absolutely loved the place. I say “attic” because you wouldn’t believe this was a renovated space. Lauren has everything you need available at your convenience. The vibe in there was most definitely G R O O V Y. If we ever return we will be staying here. Quiet, clean and comfortable, very private. Beautiful house and apartment. You can have a 30 minutes walk or take free DOT Buses nearby to reach the inner city. Safe area with other nice houses close to. Kroger is a 20 minutes walk away. I loved my stay there. Thank you very much!

Such a cute spot!

We absolutely loved this spot and location. Such a cute vibe. Our only complaint is that we had to share the bed in the end. The yellow pull out was so hard. May we suggest a pillow top to go on top. We both traded off sleeping on it one night before we gave up and shared the main bed. since we didn't sleep well on yellow pull out. Would consider staying here again if the 2nd bed had a softer option. Will be bqck again in September and October. Please let me know if a solution comes up, because everything else we LOVED!

This attic apartment was the perfect place for me and my two friends during our stay! The location was a bit further than we expected from downtown, but we were still able to walk no problem. There was also plenty of street parking available for our rented car. I would definitely recommend this place for small families or girls’ trips!

There was a small issue with check in, but the owner was so sweet about it! The groovy attic was spacious! I only stayed for one night but after getting in the space I would have loved to stay for longer! It was a cool place to stay! My whole family loved it!

Girl’s Trip!

We loved our stay at the attic. Fun decor, everything we could have possibly needed, and super close to all the fun in Savannah. Mom and 13 year old daughter traveling for a girl’s trip and we felt very safe… loved the later checkout and no clean up upon leaving. So happy we had the opportunity to stay in this beautiful home! My husband and I had the pleasure of staying one night in the enchanting attic! The layout and character of the place were simply captivating. Communication with the host was effortless, and her responsiveness was commendable.
