Great location, in a very pretty neighborhood. House was old but clean. Only complaint I have is the water pressure but you get that with an older house.

Great location

Great location, well-equipped kitchens with very professional and accurate information from the host. I never count on clean or working pools but this one was great and even got serviced while we were there. It made for a perfect bachelor weekend but I’d rent it again for a family reunion or getaway.

The perfect bachelorette weekend!

Our stay was nothing short of amazing. The house was AWESOME for all 11 of us. We had the best time and we were in walking distance to everything. The scenery is so beautiful and our stay was even a little spooky! Loved our stay and would love to come back.

Great house. Great location. Plenty big for 11 people.

There were 11 of us and we all really loved the house, plenty of room. It was too cold to go in the pool, but we loved sitting by the pool in the morning with our coffee. Loved the 2 parking spots and the elevator. Perfect location.

Great for families.

We have a wonderful time at this property. We were able to walk everywhere, and with 6 kids and 4 adults, that was necessary. House was super clean, had everything we wanted and tons of space. Only down side was pool area was covered in leaves and debris, but it didn't keep us from using the pool in January!

Savannah Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at the Seona House. Everything was perfect. The kids had fun in the pool at night. It was located within walking distance of everything we wanted to see and so much more. The historical district and squares are so interesting. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The management staff was excellent. We loved our stay and would stay here again.

Great Location

It was great. There are a lot of stairs so if you have difficulty on steps with luggage, beware, or have someone do it for you. Lot's of comfortable beds. Property manager very responsive. We didn't know the location of the fuse box. It poured the last day and there were lots of leaks - it's an old home, but the property manager seemed to be on it. We enjoyed our stay!

Seona House Luxury

Was a very nice rental. A little old but that added to the charm. We had a few issues that were addressed by the rental company on a timely manner. Basement needs a little work to get the musty smell out of it.

10 ladies enjoyed a great birthday weekend in Savannah, staying at Seona House. Basement showers didn’t warm up, but there were plenty of other options. Remember to bring extra kitchen towels and oven mitts!

Great House

We had a great time at the Seona House. Eleven girls were able to stay here comfortably without ever feeling cramped or on top of each other. The house was beautiful and very clean. Downtown was close enough we could walk if we wanted to, or get a cheap Uber when we got tired of walking. Communication with the rental company was extremely easy and they answered all my questions quickly. I would definitely recommend this house!

Bachelorette weekend

The house had plenty of room for all 12 of us girls. The spiraling staircase seemed dangerous and the elevator was a little annoying to operate. The house was certainly old and needed some updates but it was still a nice place to stay. We were able to walk to most of the places we went to on river street and city market.

Great long weekend in Savannah historic district

Spent a long weekend with 7 friends from around the country. This was the perfect house in a fantastic location. The house mixes modern amenities with historical ambience very well. We had a few issues, which is to be expected in an older house, but they were taken care of quickly and with a great attitude. The response time to every inquiry was remarkable. We were able to walk to City Market and the River area, as well as to St. John's Cathedral and many restaurants and shops, within 5-15 minutes. Highly recommend this house and this location!

Amazing rental!

This property was SO amazing! There were 12 of us girls and there were plenty of space for all of us! The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay, the pool and outdoor space was such a nice bonus, and the location was absolutely perfect! We were able to walk to many restaurants, bars, and coffee shops and there were plenty of ubers for places we wanted to go a little farther from our rental. The parking space was a really nice to have, too! We were able to check in by a code and our host checked in on us to make sure everything was working properly and we had everything we needed. Overall, I would absolutely return to this rental and recommend to others!

Amazing 1846 Mansion on Pulaski Sq. 4 floors, elevator, pool, 14' ceilings & gourmet kitchen!

OMG, This incredible home generously allows you to embrace all the Savannah Historic District has to offer. Grand entrance, marble stairs, foyer, 14' Ceilings, pocket doors, grand master suite, windows, windows, windows, balconies overlooking Pulaski Sq and private swimming pool. Well equipped gourmet kitchen, lower level with second kitchen, bar, wine cooler, mature landscaping and 8' walled yard around pool. Quiet neighborhood. We will definately be back again. xoxo
