Historic Home in a Perfect Location

We had a fantastic stay at 234 Habersham! The location could not be more perfect, with walkable distances to so many amazing sites and dining. The bedrooms were large, clean and comfortable. The main living areas were impressive and homey. I cannot recommend this property enough.

Great house for a girlfriends weekend!

This home was a very nice place for 5 adults to stay. We enjoyed the living area and kitchen, which was well stocked. We walked everywhere in Savannah, this was a great central location in the Historic District. The home was clean and nicely decorated.

This home was the best residence I have ever stayed in during a visit to Savannah! Location was excellent, the home was well stocked, the beds were very comfortable and having an elevation and single car garage were the bomb!!! The management company checked in often to make sure everything was going as planned which made it nice. This will be my go to residence whenever I visit Savannah.

Perfect getaway!

Group of five friends gathered in this wonderful home for a fabulous time! "Panda kitty" was lounging on the doorstep when we arrived. Location was awesome. We parked our car in the garage and walked everywhere. Beds were super comfy. It's crazy hot in Savannah in July but that meant no crowds and the food and shopping is beyond compare. We are planning our next trip already!

It was all just perfect. We stayed 4 nights with family. Property was exactly like the listing depicted and in the photos. All details were meticulously thought through. Being able to communicate with the management team by text beforehand and throughout our stay was super helpful. The email we received prior to our stay detailing everything was just what we needed. We had a wonderful time with our stay, and there was plenty of room for our group of 7. The only downfall we had was in the beginning, we couldn't figure out why the internet wasn't working. Turns out, where it was in the home, the outlet was unplugged, and we don't know why. We wished this home had a better binder set up with explaining where the internet location was, because we were searching everywhere, letting us know how to use the internet and turn it on, and how to use the tv. Just some of the things we wished were set up better. Otherwise, our stay was good, and we loved the location to everything.

Beautiful house in a great location

Stayed there for my mom's 80th birthday. Great location and a beautiful well appointed home. I would stay there again. My only negative is that the elevator is unreliable which makes sense for the age. If you selected this place for the need of the elevator, I suggest you have someone meet you at the property for the first use. Don't just follow the directions posted on the first floor.

Gorgeous!

This property is a stunner in every way! Having a garage at the property, the bathroom with 2 shower heads and the elevator were game changers! It is located a bit farther of a walking distance from the river than we are used to but having a garage made it doable. Beds are very comfy. There is very little noise. We will be talking about this trip for a ling time!
