Great little place!

This was a great spot for my husband I! The bed wasn't the most comfortable but that's our only complaint. It is located within walking distance to one of the Old Town Trolley stops which worked out well for that and was conveniently located to most other places of interest in Historic Downtown Savannah. It was worth a Lyft ride out and back to Tybee Island to use the pool! All of the amenities were clean which is important to me and their communication is outstanding too. I would highly recommend staying here!

Perfect Getaway!

It was perfect for our long weekend getaway! Just the right size and location for our first trip to Savannah. The pool was further than we thought as we didn't have a car. I would still book this again anyway!

This house was exactly what we needed for a long weekend girls trip. The house was incredibly clean. The beds were very comfortable. We were able to walk downtown to all the shops and bars. I was sorry to leave.

Property is centrally located, no need to rent a car did not even need to Uber. We were celebrating my husband's 70th birthday and could not have had a better time. I would highly recommend this property for convenience, cleanliness. Great neighborhood

Everything was great. The property was tidy and clean. It had everything we needed. My two complaints was the property states there is access to a pool, but it does not tell you that pool is 30 minutes by car away. We also had an issue with the fan in our room. It didn’t work and the air doesn’t really keep up with the heat. Other than that, cute place, in town!

Savannah Stay

The place was clean and found it pretty simple and clear on how to get into the apartment. The description of the apartment was fair as far as it being small but comfortable. However, the fan was not working and was not allowed to lower AC temperature below 71 degrees. Coming from a cooler climate, we found it on the warmer side. The sheets didn't smell fresh, the amenities were scarce (no salt/condiments, washing machine soap) and they offered to fix the fan on Sunday but was leaving Tuesday. I think that if you are stating that you have certain amenities they should be working when you arrive.

Great location, nice place but comes up short in a couple areas

The location is fantastic, right on the edge of the river/historic district makes it quiet but very convenient walking distance to everything. It is also updated and well maintained. A few items resulted in downgrade to 3-star: only one cup and mug, which took several texts and 4 days to get additional ones; pots in the drawer were dirty; encountered a couple of cockroaches; and home did not feel cool even when air-conditioned to 73 degrees (sleeping area felt warmer than other portions of home). A pop of color may give a little more energy. Everything is gray, white or black.

great location and quiet

this was a perfect place for me to stay for the SCAD Savannah Film Festival. It was a 5 minute walk to the theaters from this location. It is out of the hustle and bustle, so it was quiet / peaceful. The bed was comfortable for sleeping. The overhead fan was not working - that is my only suggestion for improvement. I stayed for 5 nights, and 3 of the 5 I was uncomfortably warm. You can only set the thermostat as low as 71 (air conditioning)...at home, I set mine at 65 at night - as I wake up warm. I did contact the property management my first night - to let them know the fan was not working - but it was not fixed during my stay........therefore I gave a 4 star rating instead of a 5. If you want to cook at this unit - you will need to provide your own coffee, oil and salt and pepper......it would have been nice to have some basics provided.
