The accommodations were neat and clean. The access to the building was challenging, going up the spiral staircase, and the parking was challenging as the spaces were very small for an average vehicle.

This location is great!

Fantastic location

What a location - beautiful, easy walk to all things historic district, but quiet for a good night’s sleep. The dedicated off-street parking spot is also a huge benefit. The unit is quirky but charming, and communication with owners was easy. Keyless entry makes checkin/out a breeze.

Lovely property - perfectly appointed and better than pictures. Great area for walking around historical Savannah to see all of the history. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location in Savannah

We loved this place. It is in the perfect, quiet area of the historic district yet east to walk anywhere. The apartment is adorable and super comfortable. We would 100% stay here again.

A very lovely stay

We really enjoyed this property. Very close to a square and in beautiful neighborhood. It was spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet. It was as described and pictured and served our needs very well.

SCAD visit

My daughter and I took a few nights to visit and to tour SCAD. This was an excellent location. We felt safe and the apartment was more than sufficient to suit our needs.

Great location

Great location! King bed very comfortable. Loved sitting on the patio in the mornings and listing to the neighbors fountain. Kitchen has everything needed, but could use more frying pans. Only 1 egg pan supplied. Bathroom is in dire need of renovation. Tiny stall shower and dilapidated vanity and medicine cabinet. Would love to stay here again IF bathroom redone.

Savannah in a Weekend!

Location gets five stars!!! Perfectly between the south and north historic districts and easy walk to the River Street. While it says it sleeps 6, I would say four is more accurate. There is no sofa bed, but rather two sofas. Thankfully, our son didn’t mind the couch too much! The apartment is beautiful and adds to the true Savannah experience with high ceilings and original hardwood floors.

Very nice Apartment

The apartment was right off Liberty Square - which is so beautiful! Not a long walk to the river front. We always felt safe, even when walking at night. The Rooms were large with very tall ceilings and decorated very nice. Beds were comfy. I recommend this apartment as long as you are able to walk up a lot of stairs. Good leg workout!

Savanah Charm

Great location. Charming home. Drop off luggage in front before parking the car. Access from the back fire escape stairs is difficult. Check with the owner that the pantry has basic supplies if you are going to cook (Coffee, sugar, Salt, and pepper...). A real grocery store is 20 minutes away (Publix Grocery - very nice)

Great place to stay in Savannah

We were in Savannah for our granddaughter’s volleyball tournament over President’s Day weekend. This place was a wonderful location for just about everything. Historic district, walk to the river, restaurants nearby. Great location. Unit was as described and was very comfortable. Pictures were accurate. Just a warning if you have issues with stairs. The unit is in the 2nd floor, but the number of stairs is about twice the number of a normal 2nd floor unit. If this is not a problem for you, this place is great.

30th Birthday/Girls Trip

This rental made our stay in Savannah even better than we anticipated. We walked into a clean, beautiful space, with tons of natural light. It was much larger than anticipated, which allowed us to feel comfortable sharing a space for 5 days. The location is absolutely amazing—pictures do not do it justice. It was so peaceful being surrounded by parks, greenery, older homes that it truly gives you the southern vibes. There were plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance of the rental and a quick 7 minute car ride leads you straight into the downtown area. To make things even better, the property management company was extremely responsive to all requests/questions. They provide very clear instructions regarding entry, parking, pool access, etc. I would highly recommend this property if you are staying in the Savannah area!

Fantastic location with parking downtown

We had a wonderful stay here - lots of natural light and location cannot be beat! We were able to walk to everything downtown (Clary’s is dangerously close! Those éclairs!) Note for parking - there is one spot - it looks very tight but there is plenty of room. If you have large coolers or luggage, unload onto front sidewalk before you park! The only access to unit from parking is to either walk the block or climb the tiniest/steepest circular staircase I have ever seen! The kitchen has all the basics - but just the bare minimum so if you plan to cook a lot, you might want to bring a couple extra pans or baking trays. Also we were glad we had brought our own spices! There is a coffeemaker and there were plenty of filters. If you need anything Parker’s Market is about a 10 minute walk away (or Brighter Day on Forsyth Park which is a lovely 25min walk and they have a fabulous small deli) Will stay here again! Perfect location and lovely setting! Easiest check in ever and management reached out several times during our stay to make sure everything was ok. 10/10

Good location

The location was centrally located to everything walkable! The communication via text was very timely with the owners. The accommodations were everything we needed and more. It was very clean except in and around the air vents. They were excessively dusty or moldy or both. Housekeeping came and cleaned then the next morning —much improved. A few things to make note of: *It has a very musty, old smell. This may be common in the area — or with the old buildings, but you should be prepared for it. *There are a lot of stairs to get into the property (12?) and then to the second floor unit. At least 20-25? You should be in good physical condition to get your luggage up and down the steps. *The shower is VERY small. I'm only 5'1" and I could barely turn around without touching the walls. *Both luggage racks were broken. *The mattress in the back of the house had a dip from people sleeping on the left side. And the bed creaked very loud each time you moved. *The pool is a 30 minute drive. It's close to the beach though.
