Excellent stay!! Extremely clean, great furnishings and decor, kitchen had what we needed and comfortable beds/pillows...all in a great location as we walked to everything. We also took advantage of the Tybee Island pool for a few hours and that also was clean and well-maintained. Would definitely stay here again!

St Patrick's parade stay

This is a great place to stay close to the st Patrick's day parade . Clean and really cute. Great balcony and courtyard! Good vibes. The place is up two flights of stairs, so plan on a couple of trips to pack luggage and such up.

Great location for what our group was doing…close enough to walk to Plant Riverside and Forsyth. Streets were quieter I’m sure than most. Beds comfy, home was clean and well stocked. Fridge and A/C worked great! No issues with any of the property features!

Great location right in between the two historic districts. Interior flooring and bathrooms a bit dated, but everything functioned well. Be advised, you must pay for street parking M-F 8-5.

Beautiful home

Beautiful property and a charming little courtyard. Only frustration is the parking was difficult, and we had to set an alarm for every 2 hours to feed the meter, which is disruptive to tours we went on. Other than that the location was great, and home was clean and comfortable.

We greatly enjoyed the property. The accommodations were excellent within easy walking distance to activities and restaurants. The apartment was truly charming and a lot fun! Having a washer and dryer and necessary essentials was much appreciated. We got our exercise going up those stairs! 😄

Great weekend

Stayed with my wife, brother and sister-in-law. We’re in our early 50’s and looking for potential retirement cities. This apartment was very cute. Not perfect, but very comfortable, clean and incredibly close to everything. We had a car, but we’re big runners and walkers. Everything from here in walking distance. Very pleased with our stay.

This is a great apartment with bedrooms on opposite sides of the floorplan. There is some exterior work going on outside; the courtyard is full of renovation stuff. Overall, a great location and space at a reasonable price.

Savannah summer stay

We were extremely pleased with our stay in historic Savannah. The apartment was beautiful and spacious. The decor was adorable and the place was clean and well stocked. The location on Liberty Street was close to all the Savannah hot spots and allowed for walking exploration. Also very easy access to Tybee for beach days. We recommend The Public for dinner (award winning Shrimp & Grits is no joke) and the Candlelight Ghost Tour with Dan! Also, be prepared to pay for parking (download the apps in advance) and bring your own laundry detergent.

We stayed in Savannah for a bachelorette weekend trip! It was a great apartment very clean. The host txted us upon arrival to make sure everything was as expected. This apartment is on the third floor so pack light! We found parking right in front of the building. Savannah is a walking town so be prepared to walk everywhere. We ate at the traylor park hitch restaurant which was down on the same road and loved it!! We would stay here again!

Wonderful Stay in Savanah!

This property was everything we dreamed of and more for our short stay in Savannah! The location was great, within walking distance of everything. The apartment was surprisingly spacious, had plenty of closet space, and all of the kitchen amenities we needed. The layout provided ample private space for my husband and I in one wing, and my mother in the other, with a great communal space in the middle for visiting. My favorite feature was the balcony overlooking the courtyard - if we had more time, I would have spent entire days reading out there and enjoying the view! The host was friendly and communicative, checking in with us to make sure that we didn't need anything. I hope to visit Savannah again soon, and really hope that when I do, I am able to stay here again!

Road traffic is noisy. No room darking shades so very bright at sunrise. No mention of 3rd floor steps with no elevator. Location is great. One towel for 4 days was not satisfactory. Kitchen stocked nicely. Great for two couples. Access to an off site pool not a convenient amenity.

Wish we’d known about the construction

Great location! Nice place. A bit run down and seems like it could use a more thorough cleaning. Disappointed that the front terrace was filled with construction materials and mornings were noisy with men working. Bare bones amenities, and parking ap frustrations made us wish we’d gone with a hotel instead. Steep stairs were expected but the tight corners at the top of the stairs made navigating luggage difficult and dangerous.

Adult Getaway

Property was beautiful and in a great location! We loved being able to hangout on the balcony in the morning sunshine or evening after a long day. We would stay here again. We enjoyed Savannah, loved the food and the slow pace of the town. If you have any mobility issues then do not stay here, this is in an old house on the third floor, the stairs are tricky to navigate with luggage. Also, the lighting on the second flight is insufficient and a hazard anytime of day. We did let management know and they said it’s maintained by the HOA, it remained dark for our entire trip and we had to use our cellphone's flashlight to see.
