Beautiful Stay

We had an amazing stay. The property was clean, cute, and historic. Location is perfect, pretty much the same distance between Forsythe and River Street. Great courtyard in the back, the front door opens right up to Polaski Square. Would definitely stay here next time!

Great location, beautiful place

If you want to experience the historic district of Savannah, yet be in a quieter area just a bit away from the hustle and bustle, this is a great location. (We strolled down Jones Street one morning for breakfast at Clarey's.) The one downside to this apartment will only apply if you have allergies to musty smells. This is a ground floor apartment in Savannah, and for all the efforts the owners have made to combat the problem, it seems that these odors are ubiquitous. The back windows open, but the front ones do not. Also, there are no screens, so mosquitoes will be a part of your stay if you open the windows. If you are of the lucky majority that is not sensitive to musty odors, this place is an excellent choice.

Great place with a patio

This place was perfect for my husband and me. Great location - we walked to several places within 10 minutes away. Anything by the river we just used an Uber. We used the patio quite a bit. It has two rocking chairs out there to sit on. The coffee pot wasn't working and when we asked the management for a new one, they delivered a new one within an hour or two.
