Old charm of Savannah

Beautiful old home, located close to everything Savannah has to offer. Each couple (there were 3) had our own bedroom & full bath. It was clean, slept great, & outdoor rocking chairs in the garden were the perfect start to our mornings!

“Framily” Annual Trip

Our trip to Savannah was awesome, and this house was perfect for our three couples with long sized beds and en suite bathrooms for each bedroom. It was in the perfect location, walking distance to where you want to be. Besides location, the beds were very comfortable and the house has everything you need. Highly recommend! Plan to return to Savannah and rent this house again!

Isaac LaRoche Estate is Wonderful

Lovely home worked well for our “sibling & spouse” gathering. Very clean, kitchen was great & enjoyable outdoor space. Location is perfect for historic Savannah’s shops & sightseeing. Easy access to restaurants & an enjoyable walk to the river area. Had a few unfortunate issues but appreciated the quick response & corrections. Would definitely consider staying at the LaRoche Estate again.

Girls getaway

3 bedrooms, 3 baths was perfect for a 3 girl getaway. The property was very clean, comfortable, nicely furnished, with a great location in an historic area with easy and inexpensive Uber/Lyft transportation. The property manager was in touch if we had had a need, which we did not. It was a lovely stay. It is a 3 story unit built in mid 1860s (nicely updated), with stairs, so consider any mobility issues for your group.

Savannah Family Wedding

The house was exactly as described and well maintained. All 3 beds were extremely comfortable. The back porch & Patio offered a comfortable place to hangout in the evening. Acces to trash in alleyway was a bit inconvenient as tge gate was kocked and no keys were found, so had to go around from the front. The location is great, just steps from one of the squares and very close to Liberty Street, yet side street was quite and low traffic.

Great location, walk to everything, and townhome very nice. Great having 3 full size bedrooms with king beds and full baths for each. Communication very good and street parking was not an issue. (Just a comment for those who are coming in later, make sure to bring shampoo/ bath soap and hand soap along with coffee for the next morning). Does not say it is provided so can not complain, but unusual to not have hand soap or coffee, etc.) Thank you for a great stay!

Enjoyed everything about the property. Once we figured out the parking situation, everything was perfect. Great history behind the home and Savannah. Easy walk to downtown and all restaurants and bars. Would highly recommend the local neighborhood restaurants within a few blocks of the home.
