Arrived a little after 4, room wasn't ready, but happy to wait since they were cleaning. Except when we got back couple of hours later and our feet were sticking to the floor and completely black from dirt. Since we only had 2 towels, yet it was the 3 of us, I went to ask for an extra towel and let them know. I picked up a pool towel to clean the floor a little myself. And the next day when we stopped by the restuarant around 2:15, they said they were closed for lunch and wouldn't be open for couple more hours for dinner, on a friday. So later that night when we returned, and tried to order food from the same restaurant in the hotel, everyone seemed confused about the room service they said we could order when we checked in. I finally found a kind hostess who said she could take our order and I could wait on it, and I told her I was confused, i thought they offered room service. So she offered to bring it to our room since i told her I was trying to give our 6 year old a bath and it was late....and when she brought the food, with a $52 ribeye, we were only given plastic silverware...to cut a steak.On top of all of this, the room was never cleaned while we were there for our 3 night stay, and they were kind enough to reimburse us for one nights stay, but it was still expensive. Add all of that to loud E. Bay street, the fact that whoever above took a shower every night around 9:30 and it sounded like a waterfall in our bedroom with the loud pipes.We loved the location.

Great hotel conveniently located in Savannah. Staff were friendly, rooms were clean and comfortable and the center court yard was a very nice spot to relax. Restaurant and bar was also very nice. The place was super quiet at night which is such a plus when traveling.

Very nice hotel close to the heart of Savannah. Beautiful courtyard and pool area. Restaurant in the hotel had great breakfast. Staff were cheerful and helpful. Very walk able to everything in downtown. Best part was it was reasonably priced in an expensive hot spot.

Hotel is in a great location in Savannah; close enough to walk to attractions, but in a quiet neighborhood. Really enjoyed the courtyard and the complimentary wine was a nice touch. Jason’s hospitality was exceptional. Rooms and hallways need a little TC, advertising bikes to use, but only having 1 available isn’t very accommodating to a party of more than one. Our room was not serviced both days of our stay which was disappointing after returning from a day of sightseeing. Our bedding was mismatched, missing duvets which seemed a bit odd. Hotel has potential to be great if some of the other service issues were smoothed out.

Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with this hotel. The room we were assigned was dirty, the bed cover was stained, the wallpaper was stained, it had a weird smell and we were facing a dumpster. We were moved to a second room that was only a little bit better, the sheets were ripped and you can tell the room had not been swept or dusted in some time. The service from the front desk was not what we expected for this type of hotel.

The only thing that wasn’t good was the check in clerk and the check out clerk. She didn’t make eye contact, did ask how our stay was and couldn't get up off her chair to give me change. Made me walk to the other side of the desk. Justt rude and the worst person to have as the fasce of your hotel. Just PLAIN RUDE. Will be writing Kimpton for sure.

I thought the hotel was decorated really nice and Tiyana at the front desk was very personable and took great care of me, my daughter and my grandson. I also loved that everything was walkable and one block over to Riverstreet where we had great restaurant options, shopping and Riverboat Cruising.

had to switch rooms due to our first room just being in a horrible location. right by an exit door and right in front of the elevator. having children playing outside and screaming outside our room at 7AM when we went on vacation TO SLEEP. Rome also had a weird shaking problem like our whole room would shake so we don’t know what that was about. Also, our room was right on the main road too, so there was just no peace and quiet in that room but when we did asked to change rooms, they were very accommodating, and when we got back to the hotel and we’re giving the new room, keys are stuff and luggage wasn’t in the room like we told it would be, but then we received it very quickly so overall, if you get room 130 just immediately ask for a different room other than that it’s great

Room noise from the street was so loud we could not sleep. Dogs in the hotel urinating in the lobby. We had to check out after one night and no refund was offered from the hotel or Expedia. We lost two night accommodations. Thank you Kimpton & Expedia for costing me $350. Great customer service.
