The unit has locks with door codes. Codes and other check-in details will be provided via message and texted to your phone on the day of check-in.
The Neighborhood:
Located a block from the Victorian District, this is a central location that allows you unparalleled access to everything Savannah has to offer. A dynamic mix of local families, young professionals, and students, our neighborhood has a unique flavor all its own while remaining deeply connected to Savannah's rich cultural heritage. We're close to Forsyth Park (8 min walk) and downtown is a short drive away (6-14 minutes, depending on the time of day). In our immediate surroundings are funky antique stores, cute restaurants, and mom and pop shops. The ideal setting for city exploring. With that said, you have to be the type of person or group that is comfortable in a transitional neighborhood. Renovations are happening all around this historically working class community because of its central proximity and vibrant culture. As with any city neighborhood, common sense is the rule as far as safety is concerned.
All guests after booking will receive a list of recommendations including locals favorite spots, restaurants, and activities. We will provide detailed information and guides on the surrounding area to enhance your overall experience.
Getting Around:
The best way to get around is by foot, bike, or car. Our off-street parking makes driving a convenient option, and the city has plenty of bike rental outlets available. Our neighborhood is also eminently walkable; take a stroll to the Farmer's Market at Forsyth Park or experience local gastronomy at great restaurants.

–We try our best to accommodate early check-ins, but we want to ensure the entirety of the spacious estate is clean and prepared for arrival. We can often accommodate early bag drop for your convenience. Please inquire if this is of interest to your group!

-We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older.
-We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information.

-We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment.
-Pets are not allowed at this property.

-We use Arlo/Hikvision and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo/Hikvision is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.

You will have complete privacy here, however every question or concern you may have before or during your stay will be promptly addressed via messenger or phone.
