Great property!

We stayed in 3 adjacent apartments at this location. Great location, property management was responsive, easy check in, very clean. Only negative was the quality of the sofa sleepers. Overall, great property and would stay again!

Great Location, No WiFi

My team and I booked 3 units for a 5 day work trip and its location on Drayton was amazing! Local shops, food and activities were within walking distance. The apartments were clean and stylish and they even provided some toiletries for our stay. There was one major issue though— the WiFi didn’t work in any of the units. This made it impossible for us to complete any work while visiting and eventually we left a day early to book with a hotel. Unfortunately, our early departure due to WiFi issues was non-refundable. Despite this, when advised of the WiFi issue, the host attempted to resolve the issue and were friendly. While my team and I were not able to connect at any point during our stay, overall this a great place to stay and hopefully the WiFi will be accessible for the next guests.

We rented three units, all of which were nicely furnished. However, the air conditioning went out in two of the units. Maintenance fixed one and they moved my family member to a different room.Also, the building is not ADA compliant which my 90 year old, cane using Barney's found out the hard way, since all the units were on the second floor.

Family trip to Savannah

The property was nice and clean and is in a really nice area, central to most things. The units were smaller than I expected, but not too tight. The nearby restaurants were terrific. We were in town during a nation-wide cold front, so it was unseasonably cold. However, I do believe that we would have had a great time walking around if the weather permitted. I was there with 11 of my family members and we rented 3 units. One unit was extremely hot, one was extremely cold, and the other was mild. We texted the property manager about the temperature and they fixed the issue several hours later. However, the issue resumed later in the night. My sisters slept in their sweatshirts. The only issue, aside from the internal temperatures, was that the tv in my room was missing a power chord. The maintenance guy showed up, identified the issue, and replaced the chord. Someone staying in a unit across from my parents and I came into the hall on Christmas night to give us a "look". I assume they thought that we were noisy. While there was no way for us to keep 3 kids under 7 quiet, I don't believe that we were unreasonably noisy.
