Quiet History neighborhood

Nice property in a quiet neighborhood. Close to Forsyth Park. Great for a group of friends with personal bathrooms in all the bedrooms

Lovely home in Savannah

Since the Harris House is in the historic section of Savannah, it was easy to walk to many of the places we wanted to see. We had a wonderful time.

Harris House

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Harris House was perfect for our needs & is a beautiful house. 3 couples, each had their own bedroom with bathroom. House was clean and very well stocked. Locks on the back doors of the house and on the back fence need replacing. Nice location, feels safe.

Great property

We have no complaints about the property. Plenty of towels, pots and pans , pretty much anything you could need. Might consider providing a Keurig coffee maker.The two off street parking spaces was a huge bonus!With the unusually cold weather, walking to Riverwalk was not for us. We used Uber and the charge was only 7, so not bad. Would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful place

The Harris House was just what we expected and more! Such a cute place that was perfect for our visit. Super inviting and close to everything in town. Can’t say a negative thing about it. Everyone in our group agreed that we would stay there again if we go back.

Beautiful Home Close to Historic Savannah

The property was exactly as advertised, perhaps better. Within walking distance of all of historic Savannah and the river front. Home was immaculately clean and tastefully decorated with mid-century modern furnishings and decor. Plenty of space for six adults including three large bedrooms all with attached bathrooms and a 4th guest bath on the main floor. Nice outdoor space as well although we were too busy to take advantage of it. Neighborhood was quiet and we had no trouble finding parking on the street in front of the home, although there are also parking spots behind the house.

Amazing stay in the Historic District

It’s located on a quiet street just a few blocks from restaurants and activities, not to mention all the history that surrounds you as you navigate the area. It was great to have private parking behind the home, even though we barely needed a car since everything was so close. It’s a 10 minute walk to the river and city market. The house is so comfortable, especially after a long day walking throughout the city. I would definitely stay here again.

Sibs & Spouses Getaway at the Amazing Harris House

Reviewer Comments: From the minute the five of us walked into the Harris House we felt at home. Each bedroom is en-suite, entire house is tastefully decorated in mid-century modern, well maintained, and clean. As described the house is in the historic district making it easy to walk to many attractions and restaurants. The only time we used the car was to drive to Tybee Island. We enjoyed a hop-on-hop-off trolley tour, ghost tour at night, and a Savannah Riverboat Cruise, as well as the Savannah Visitor Center. Many terrific restaurants, bars, and book stores. So much to see and do in Savannah. We’ll definitely visit again and won’t hesitate to stay at the Harris House.

We each had our own bedroom (2 were in the king size bed) and each had an ensuite bath. The home looked newly redecorated as the floors looked new and walls newly painted. The kitchen was a very nice size and had everything that we could need. The back patio was lovely and the location was perfect for walking almost anywhere we wanted. There was plenty of towels, soap, etc. and washer and dryer. I'd definitely recommend this location.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our first time visiting Savannah and what a sweet fun town, and our Airbnb house couldn’t have been better located. We had a rental car which we left safely in the private reserved off-street parking (except for trip to Tybee Island) because the house was so centrally located in the historic district that we walked everywhere and didn’t need the car. The welcome bottle of wine was a nice touch so we just started relaxing as soon as we arrived.The house itself was airy and spacious and recently redone in stylish mid-century modern décor. The fully equipped kitchen and bathroom off each bedroom made the stay totally convenient and comfortable. After long days of walking the beds were so comfortable, and thick curtains meant we weren’t awakened until we were ready. There is a cute backyard, but we didn’t get a chance to hang out there as much as we’d like because we were so busy with activities!We are already planning for our next trip and hope to get the same house and start a tradition in our new fun getaway town of Savannah!

Harris House

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First and foremost the property was beautiful, the homeowner has done a fabulous job with the decor. We were pleased with the home and the location, although it is quite a bit further from tourist areas than advertised. The property management office staff were rude and unprofessional. We were expecting Hurricane Helene to cause a disruption with our stay as we were traveling from Florida. We had to pay for one night ($400.00) that we could not use. We requested to move our dates forward for one day as the property was available. The management company would not even listen to my request and cut me off repeatedly. They were the rudest people I have ever dealt with. Customer service with this company is lacking, unprofessional, and not acceptable. We had travel insurance with the company that turned out to be useless in a hurricane. The second level air-conditioning quit working during our visit, we contacted the secondary number (Not the primary) for rental issues and the person on the other line was professional. A maintenance worker did arrive in a timely manner and fixed the air.The front door code lock did not work and the outside garbage had not been picked up in quite a while as it was overflowing and the recycle bin was full of yard trash. This was in the back of the house where we had to enter and smelled awful. I reported this to Lucky Savannah Management via text message on the first day we were there. They never replied to my text, which was NOT surprising.I would recommend this house to a friend only if they booked using another rental company. Do not use Lucky Savannah!!!!! I felt bad for the home's owner due to him having such a horrible company managing his home. There are too many other ethical companies to use in Savannah.

Clean, comfortable, spacious, and thoughtful. The art and theme of the decor was also really fun and tied the house together in a neat way. Back porch and patio were pleasant surprises and spaces we used more than anticipated. The team at Lucky Savannah was very helpful and communicative throughout even helping us to track down and return something that we left behind. Excited to return.

Great House! Great location!
