-The outside door window was smashed entering the hallway. -Hallway carpets are stained and not vacuumed. -The room had a horrible stink when entering due to air fresheners, they are using. Not sure if they are trying to cover up another smell. -indoor swimming pool and hot tub wasvdirty looking. I am not an overly fussy person, but would not use that facility. -The bed was clean and comfortable. -The bathroom was clean with clean towels and nice soaps. -The breakfast was limited and items not replenished. Price was good and free pets, but I think we are done with the Red Roof hotel brand.

We walked in and the family in the lobby said they were waiting on a new room or the room to be cleaned because "it smelled like poop". Then another guy walked over and said the elevator didn't work. During this time we also found out that the pool was down all day(ended up being into the next day) because of sanitary issues. The overall location looked disgusting and I'm just glad they weren't surprised when I cancelled right when I walked up.

At this point I’m convinced that all the hotels in this area DON’T have housekeeping. I stayed at the RRI for 2 nights for a work trip. The lobby area smells like wet dawg. The carpet in the hallway is just filthy. The gym had three pieces of equipment in it. Literally. The walls are thin. The first night I heard the tv from the room next to me all night. The room itself was decent. It’s no way anyone cleaned the shower. At all. Thankfully I travel with my own cleaning supplies. Changing rooms would have been no different I'm sure. I’m still confused as to what makes it a plus? There weren’t any amenities that justified the rate for the room or it being a plus anything. Staff was good.

Would not stay again at this property. Room had some new things as you entered floor. Whole room needs updating. Moulding dirty and pulled away from wall. Toilet paper holder in wall Fell out as I went to use it. The sink vent is broken. All soap containers difficult and hard to get liquid out.

They took the towel out of the room and didn’t replace. They refused to bring us up be towels and insisted we bring the old ones down Even though I explained numerous times housekeeping just have taken them. I also didn’t like housekeeping coming in while we were gone when we had the sign up. The breakfast was limited and they did not keep it refilled or stocked. The pool area was absolutely disgusting. Water smelled of pee and for non smoking everyone was vaping throughout the building. The smell was disgusting throughout the building. Staff was not friendly. Spend the money and stay downtown

Extremely noisy after 12 midnight with yelling and screaming. Started to be very concerned about our safety. Checkout was at 11am and we were approached by cleaning staff it was about check-out time and for us to go. Maid carts in the way of stairs and sidewalk when it was raining, wife had to walk in the rain due to this. Very unprofessional attitudes big time. Last time at the roof for us!

Staff was extremely courteous. Check in was quick, our room was very nice and we were provided a welcome snack box which was appreciated after a long drive. The staff were friendly and accomodating when asked for cleaning or assitance. There was a surprise fee of am extra $1.50 per night for booking via Expedia. The room smelled of mildew, there were popcorn seed and small bits of trash on the floor. There was a thick layer of dust on the headboards and it was very very dirty behind thebtv stand and the bedside table. The bathroom floor looked like it never gets washed, there was dried blood on the wall and brown around the toilet pedestal. The beds felt like we were sleeping on wood planks, the pilllow too thin. The walls too thin and there was a gap around the entire door, we could see light around 3 sides of the door and could see when people walked by. We could hear all of the traffic, the ice machine, the waffle maker, and conversations in the lobby. We could also hear the tv (all night long) and the conversations in the room next to ours. The breakfast was disappointing. Apples were the only fruit offered, the eggs were watery. The tables did not get wiped down between use. There is a fantastic Indian restaurant nearby.

I had a family emergency and when I called the lady said it’s ok she cancelled for me, and I asked to just change the arrival date, and she said I was good to go. When I arrived I no longer had a reservation and I ended up not getting a rate that I had had. The shower leaked and sprayed water everywhere at its connection to the interior pipes. Breakfast eggs tasted like sand. Along the entire parking is nothing but a trash dump in the tree line and feral cats everywhere. Just won’t stay there again.. pool looked like it had algae on the bottom.. didn’t try it or the hot tub out.
