I stayed at your hotel on 6/22/2025. At the time I checked in, I was required to put a $100 deposit up, which I was told would be returned in 8-10 business days. It is now 7/11/2025, and it has yet to be returned. I called the hotel first at 7:30 AM CST, a woman answered, took my information and told me she would call me back in 30 minutes. This did not happen, so I called back at 12:54 PM, she took all my information, acted like she didn't speak to me earlier and said she was busy and couldn't find the reservation and needed to ask someone else, but she would call me back that day. Still no call back, so I called AGAIN at 4:10 PM, this time she was rude (and so was I) and she told me has already told me she can't find my reservation and she is busy. This is an appropriate way to speak to or treat a customer, nor is it an appropriate answer. I am also a busy person, and I patronized your hotel. Your hotel collected $100 from me, which should be returned.
