Great family house

Had a wonderful stay. Maintenance was quick to respond whenever we reached out and was quick to resolve issues. Great location - quick drive to everything. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay

The house had plenty of space for our family. It's a property in a secluded neighborhood (met local neighbors and they were super friendly), yet is was close to Savannah and Tybee

Spacious and comfortable

We loved using the game room. Everything was clean and the beds were comfy. No extensive check-out procedure, clear communication, and plenty of space. The master bedroom was massive and felt very luxurious

A QUARTER THE COST OF A HOTEL AND 5 TIMES THE SPACE......TOO GOOD TO PASS UP !

The perfect group house!

The property was as described, had great amenities, and maintained well. During check in there were several staff continuing to perform necessary maintainence but were incredibly kind and returned to help whenever requested which as great. We would return to this home again!

Beautiful Stay for our Reunion

This location provided us with the perfect amount of space and variety for our 20 year friend/family reunion. We were able to do an Easter egg hunt, make s'mores, and have space where we adults could hang out and reminisce after the kids were asleep. Each place we ventured outside the home was no more than 20 minutes away, which was great because we had 9 kids with us all under 10 years old. We made a few home cooked meals and the kitchen was fully stocked 27th equipment to support that. The only thing missing was an extra pair of tongs. The stairs had us a bit worried since we had some very small children, but we watched them carefully and we had no accidents. Suggest maybe having a couple baby gates on hand for groups with small children. Other than that, beautiful property and we had an amazing time. Oh! And the concierge was very responsive which was much appreciated!

Good size home for large groups

The check in and check out processes were extremely easy and it was nice having a concierge to be able to text for any urgent questions or should any problems come up. The living room, kitchen, and game room had plenty of space for the 12 of us present. The one issue we ran into with the house was with the cottage house located in the back portion of the property (separate from the main house). Inside it looks cute, but it unfortunately had an unpleasant odor during our stay, we believe due to it not being aired out enough before our arrival or since it was last used. We did send our notes to the host and they said they’d be sure to resolve any issues for the next time. Overall a good home, conveniently located near stores and close enough for ride shares when needed. Very courteous and attentive overall.

Great house; just bad luck w/ Cleaners before arrival.

Although we had bad luck with them not cleaning the house prior to our arrival, the house was absolutely perfect for us. The size, number of rooms, and having everything we needed. They did come out to clean after I called. Not the best job but enough. Very disappointed to not be able to use the hot tub as it was still filthy from the previous folks & had not been cleaned. Each issue I had, they responded quickly & made it right later. Honestly, would book again just because the house was amazing in general.

Our stay in Savannah was a dream. The check in was 100% seamless, the house was very clean and well kept and had everything a family could need. We had 8 kids and they loved spending time in the game room. There is also a pack n play that was not noted but there for your use which was handy. Would stay here again.

Amazing location, and property with some challenges experienced.

We could not have asked for a better location. The property is literally in the heart of the action in Savannah. It’s so closed to everything we needed—stores, downtown and the beach. The house was spacious enough to fit three families (a total of 15 people). What we did not realise however (our fault) is that four beds are in a detached cottage behind the house. The children loved having a private space however. The house was clean, is well laid out and had the amenities to make our stay comfortable.On the cons side: the stove was hard to use (the large plate doesn’t work properly) so we had to use the small one. And also the oven is slow and the broil function didn’t work. It was challenging to cook.We cook a lot and found that we could’ve used more kitchen supplies (measuring spoons, containers to store food and mid sized mixing bowls etc). Two wine glasses broke and the host was very gracious about this which we appreciate.Communication was not too bad. Unfortunately, however it did take two days to finally have the garbage picked up and the WiFi issue resolved. Once the IT guy came, it was slightly better but the WiFi was unfortunately still not that great.Despite the challenges we experienced we would recommend the property. It was overall a wonderful surprise. And the checkout experience was generous. We just needed to take our stuff and leave. We enjoyed ourselves.
