Private studio unit in Historic Mansion, Two blocks from Forsyth Park, Across from Kroger Market, Walkable to entire Historic District,
Unit has Parking spot in Rear of House, Minisplit AC/Heat, Wifi, Internet TV, Kitchenette. Great place to base yourself out of for a visit to Historic Savannah. King Bed. Bathroom with shower. In unit laundry.

The studio unit is on the ground floor in the rear of the house. Private entrance, unit has a kitchenette with stove and microwave. Great location walkable thru out the Historic District. One parking space available as well.
The unit is light and bright with many windows. A perfect set up to base yourself out of in Historic Savannah.

The unit has an electronic door lock, Code will be provided prior to check in

Our stay was perfectly efficient at this location! We had everything we needed, the space was so comfortable and very clean, and we were walking-distance to everything we wanted to do while in Savannah. The proximity to the Kroger was fantastic for late-night snacks after walking all day. The simplicity of the space and the ease of check-in/out made for a very relaxing place to rest after busy days!!!

Cozy little studio, perfect for a couple and pet friendly for our little fur baby. In the middle of everything so you didn’t have to drive too far for activities. Loved being right across the street from Kroger. Definitely listen to the owner for clear parking directions or you’ll never find it.

Great location two blocks from the east midldle of Forsyth Park. Short Uber or longer walk to everything. Rehabbed, well appointed, small studio on the ground floor, rear of an antebellum house. Multiple outdoor seating spots. Private parking spots in the rear. Other rehab ongoing. Entry has only one step up and down. Kroger next door. Host is responsive.

Great location with off street parking. The split air heat worked great during the cold weather we encountered. Loved having access to a kitchenette with a great little coffee maker. The shower always had hot water. Best of all we were in walking distance to Forsyth Park and Crystal Beer Parlor for dinner. Michael left some very thoughtful things like dishwashing soap, paper towels, laundry supplies and shampoo, conditioner and bath soap. Michael understands that today’s traveler cannot bring everything with them and after traveling you don’t want to go right out to the store for supplies. He even had pet bowls for our sweet old girl. That shows me Michael is a thoughtful and gracious host. Thank you for hosting us in a city where our hearts can wander.

The unit was in very good condition and the grounds are kept up nicely. I liked the neighborhood. But there was clearly some renovations going on upstairs while I was there. Lots of banging and moving all day long that didn't stop until after 9p. Very disruptive. Would have given a better score if not for that

We loved the setup and it was a fun room. The area was great and after a couple of trips, it was easy to get to the tourist areas. Only downside, being seniors, was that we would have liked to have had a couple of grab bars in the bathroom. Michael allowed us to take a tour of the upstairs and we were fascinated by it size and features. We would recommend the property.

Awesome stay! The Kroger next door and Forsyth Park just two blocks away make this super do able if you plan to walk the gorgeous streets of Savannah. The studio style home was historic and accommodating with full sized washer and dryer, kitchen appliances and a huge shower. The best part? Our pup could join us on our weekend getaway. 10/10 would stay here again next time we come to town.

I took my daughter to Savannah for her birthday weekend. The property was as described and immaculately clean. The bed was so comfortable. Because we were in the historic district, we were within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The property owner communicated all the needed details the day of check-in. Great stay!

A great place to stay in Savannah!

My husband, my dog and I stayed here and it was a great place to stay! It’s only a few blocks from Forsyth Park, it was perfectly clean inside, the small kitchen had everything we needed, the bathroom had a great shower and the bed was very commutable. Right across the street from a Kroger do you can run over for anything g you forgot or need and go get your morning Starbucks in that Kroger. The a/c and the fan kept that little apt really cool which was imporant with the temps in the 90’s . There was a small grass yard out dig could use to potty. The area was pretty quiet and restful at night. Michael was quick to respond to my questions and solved any problems we had. We would definitely stay here again!

Had a great time! Very convenient location, easy walking distance to Forsythe Park, both the public free trolley and the paid "tourist" trolley, and right across the street from Kroger's.

Great stay!

I was hesitant to book this property because there were no reviews because it was a new listing. It was great! Michael was so gracious and responsive. Right by Kroger. Designated spot in the back. Convient location to walk and get around. Room had everything we needed. Highly recommend!
