Nice location to visit beaches, Dominical and MA Park
This house is in a great location if you want to easily drive to the beach (Playa Linda or Matapalo), Dominical, and Manuel Antonio. The house is set back from the highway with a lot of green space, which is great for dogs, though the neighbors’ dogs run free (and came by a couple of times to pee on our car!). The house was mainly as described, with comfortable enough furniture and plenty of space outside, including a carport, which was helpful during the inevitable downpours of rainy season. There is just one AC unit in the kitchen, so the bedrooms get hot if the doors are closed. There is no microwave and just two short stools at the bar - no dining table. There’s a note telling guests to dump all food waste in a compost pit near the river (or you’ll be charged extra) but there was no compost bin to hold the waste and no signs pointing you to the pit. It was a fine enough place to spend a few days with our dogs visiting the area.
