Une maison pleine d ame et de vie ,avec l equipement necessaire . Calme sans vis a vis . Un accueil chaleureux et Gabriele present si besoin ,discret et gentil. De bons conseils pour les productions locales... Excellent sejour!! Nous avons beaucoup aimé”

“Heerlijk appartement voor stellen of mensen met oudere kinderen. Wij hebben ons met kleine kinderen (3 en 5) ook vermaakt, vooral in het zwembad, maar stadjes zijn meer dan 30 minuten rijden en dat is vooral met 35+ graden wat veel. Als stel zouden we er ons hart opgehaald hebben met wandelen en eten en genieten van de fijne terrassen en faciliteiten die er voorhanden zijn. Het appartement heeft gelukkig airco wat echt een must was met de temperaturen. Het zwembad is niet groot maar perfect om……

“Wunderschöne Lage direkt am Wasserfall. Ombretta ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, hat sich sehr nett um uns gekümmert und war für alle Anliegen da. Sie spricht ausgezeichnet Englisch. Das Haus hat viel Atmosphäre und ist gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Die Zufahrt ist sehr steil, aber machbar. Ein wunderbarer Ort für Leute, die Ruhe und Natur lieben.”

“My wife and I stayed here for a few days of relaxation after spending a week in Rome. It is a rather large place to stay for just two people as it does have 5 bedrooms and a rather large living area, but we were very happy with it. The view was amazing and there were plenty of fun activities to do on the property between: tennis, swimming pool, ping pong, darts, pool, etc. There are also plenty of really good places to eat especially the Trattoria less than a km down the road. Our host……

“Sehr schöne, ruhige Lage in einer nicht überrenovierten bäuerlichen Anlage. Absolut keine Beanstandungen bzgl Sauberkeit und Praktikabilität. Der Gastgeber war einfach nur herzlich freundlich, nichts Aufgesetztes! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Nach Visitation im kulturell spannenden Umland waren der Pool und Ruhe verantwortlich für die beste Erholung.”

“Ottima esperienza. La casa è grande e molto comoda. Sicuramente più adatta a un soggiorno estivo. Si attraversa una lunga strada nel bosco per arrivare. Il wife purtroppo non funziona e il cellulare prende poco. Il Signor Lino è molto attento e preciso.”

“We were fortunate to stay for a month at this wonderful property. We have rented over 25 VRBO homes and this was by far our favorite! The owners have thought of everything…every amenity including condiments,a full set of cooking pans,cleaning supplies,a wash machine,and even morning breakfast treats. The unit was spotless upon our arrival. The owners provided restaurant suggestions as well as local sightseeing spots. And the terraces…both in front and rear of the house provided beautiful views……

“Wir waren eine Gruppe von 9 Freunden, die eine Woche in dieser wunderschönen Unterkunft verbringen durften. Wir waren von der ersten Minute an begeistert. Das Haus strahlt Gemütlichkeit aus, hat genügend Platz für eine große Familie oder eine Gruppe. Unvergleichlich ist der Blick von den Terrassen vor dem Haus und dem Pool. Wir haben uns in dieser Woche super erholt und werden gern wiederkommen.”

“The house was as described and shown in the images. If you have mobility problems beware the short but relatively steep drive and the 10 or so steps up to the patio and entrance. The weather was pretty hot but the house was naturally cool with thick stone walls. There was an enormous dining table and an adjacent comfortable seating area which strangely had no lighting though we moved a couple of table lamps around so that we could read. The kitchen was well equipped apart from pans to suit the……
