「It is situated in a historical building however very nicely decorated. The area has many many options. We came to Genoa by train and the location is 11-15 minutes walking distance. 「We enjoyed our time in this cozy top floor apartment. It has a nice view of the sea, the church and the fort from a rooftop terrace. Convenient location, close to beach and shops. Small lift in building for 4 floors then two sets of stairs to the apartment. The last staircase is a bit steep and narrow. Bathroom is a tight fit, but has a full shower and nice hot water. Alberto and Nicoletta were very nice hosts with good response to communications and questions!」

「We were traveling as a family with three young adults and two grandparents - and this was a fantastic find! The bus is a bit expensive (5 Euros per person/trip) but if you don’t have a car, well worth it. We had two cars and had to search for parking for the second, but I think we just missed that info. The house is gorgeous and totally unique and we had everything we needed. Lots of hikers to Portofino (and it was the off season!) passing by, but I would take the trails instead of the road if...

「Nous avons passé un super séjour à Gênes. Alessandra a été très arrangeante, notamment avec notre retard dû aux embouteillages.. L’appartement est très bien placé au cœur du centre historique à proximité de tous les sites touristiques. Il ne faut pas oublier ses boules quies, la place est très vivante et donc bruyante jusqu’à tard dans la nuit. Pour 3 jours, nous l’avons supporté et étions très heureux d’être au cœur de la vie génoise.」

「Für den Check-In müssen am Tag davor etliche Eingaben gemacht werden (Pass von allen Personen, Adresse von allen, .....) Danach den Rest der Rechnung bezahlen... Es geht, braucht aber Zeit und ist definitiv umständlicher als in einem Hotel. Die Unterkunft ist gut und vorallem zentral in der Altstadt gelegen.」

「Thank you! We and our three kids (3, 6, 8) had the nicest holiday one can think of. We lived in a beautiful and cozy home, were surrounded by great nature, experienced wonderful hikes and spent a relaxing time at the beach.
