The staff were lovely and very helpful. But the room was very old and run down. The bed was so uncomfortable I kept walking in pain and woke up very sore and with back and neck pain. The pillows were so old they were unusable and flared my allergies. The beds and bedding should be replaced.

In front of the hotel is the boat that goes to Nawi Island. Behind is the hot springs. Nice balcony where you can sit and look at the water and watch the tourist boat go back and forth. 24 hour security.

check-in was smooth, but if you ask for activities you don't really get a proper answer or any help at all... great location, everything in walking distance, good and cheap restaurant next doors.. definitely not the cleanest, but if you don't mind it too much it's ok. BUT: might have had bed bugs & got a new room immediately, but I don't know if they actually did something about the problem & was still unsure if the new room would be any better (it luckily was)..

Property was okay, but the whole building is very old and disheveled looking. Had to ask for another towel/glass. Also not enough tea/'coffee sachets provided. Very handy to town, and walkable to most places.
