「We had a lovely weekend in the Shepherd's hut. Very cosy. It is in a very rural position but only a short drive from Beccles and Bungay- we loved the foodie shops in Bungay and the on-site farm shop. It was great to pop out in the morning to grab still warm eggs from the chicken coop, and the goats and piglets kept us thoroughly amused. A really relaxing stay.」

「It was a lovely riverside location with the cathedral 5 minutes away. A footpath by the side of the pub opposite got you into the heart of the city in 6 or 7 minutes. "The room was upgraded to a 2 bed from 1 bed, a pleasant surprise. There are two bathrooms. The room has good facilities and amenities, including all you need for making a meal; and salt and pepper, laundry detergent and dish detergent. The oven trays are dirty from previous usage, so I told the reception. The flat has no air con, but two fans. It is still bearable despite the heat wave."
