「When searching for a place to stay in Sayulita for 3 weeks, we were looking for a pool, ac, a location that allowed us to easily walk into town but was separate from the chaos, in an authentically Mexican styled building. We got all that and more. Xochitlan does a great job of combining modern amenities with Mexican charm. 「Beautiful location. On the beach in less than a minute. Close to everything, but away from the late night noise (you can hear some music from the street in the evening, but that was great!)Would definitely recommend this property and the restaurant downstairs!」

「This was a great room for me for 4 nights. All was as described and love the idea of the kitchennet outside. The only thing I would say is the steep entry drive way. I have bad needs so it was a little challenging but it was ok. 」
