「We found the noise from the nearby beach bar soo loud at night. We did not sleep well. We were informed that the bar is run by the MX cartell and not to discuss the issue. Would likely choose another place to stay due to this. The hotel iteslf is nice, location nice but the loud bars are not good for sleep.」

We did not realize the night life in the area would be so loud until a week before our stay. I used ear plugs and white noise to manage that.
