Holiday home with sauna and a very beautiful located in the first row of dunes on a fantastic natural plot and just 25 m to the child-friendly beach in the attractive holiday home area Lyngså close to Sæby. The cottage is extremely well-appointed with a sloping ceiling and large windows, where the fascinating North Jutland light flows in and creates a completely relaxing and cozy atmosphere. An air / air heat pump and pellet stove are installed. There are two good sleeping bedrooms, large bathroom with sauna, shower and underfloor heating as well as washer and dryer. There must be no dogs in the furniture. The house has beautiful terraces where you can enjoy the outdoors from early morning to late evening. There are good parking facilities close to the house. There is also a short distance to the playground.
