「We had a wonderful stay at Residenza Palazzo Negri! The room was superb: lots of space, very clean, comfortable bed, and close to all the major attractions in Verona. It also included a clothes washer and semi-kitchen. though we did not need to use them. The best part was the communication with the staff. They were helpful at every stage of our visit, from anticipating our needs prior to check-in to keeping our bags for a few hours after we checked out. We really appreciated all the help and...

「Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.」

「The location is prefect, just 5 minutes to the Arena and shopping area. Arianna is a extremely accommodating to your every need. The room is extremely clean, nice room with everything you need. The breakfast is great. We will definitely book this place if we go to Verona next time.」

「Our room was beautiful with an amazing ceiling and lovely bathroom. We really enjoyed the special coffee machine in the common area as well as the little treats provided in that area. We also greatly appreciated having the filtered water station and that it also dispensed sparkling water was a lovely surprise. Aside from the amenities, we found the location convenient to exploring Verona. All in all, a wonderful stay.」

「Check in was after hours so a bit of a challenge to find the correct door and use a flashlight to operate the keypad in the dark. Air Conditioning kept the 2 bedrooms at 24C which was fine, but when hot outside maybe an issue. Balcony was excellent overlooking the square. 3rd floor no lift so be prepared to get your luggage up and down. Overall would stay again.」

「Kleine kamer en badkamer maar alles voorzien. Iets meer opbergruimte zou handiger zijn. Af en toe ook wel last van het lawaai op straat maar dat kan je natuurlijk niet vermijden met een hotel in het midden van de stad. Super vriendelijk personeel waaraan je niks kon misvragen. Altijd zeer behulpzaam. Ontbijtbuffet was dik oké. Voor een citytrip zeer centraal gelegen en alles wat je nodig hebt.」
