    La villa può accogliere comodamente fino a 10 ospiti nelle sue camere da letto: quattro camere sono dotate di letti matrimoniali e una camera presenta due letti singoli, garantendo versatilità e comfort per tutti gli ospiti.

    Gli ospiti di Villa Maddalena possono usufruire di due bagni moderni e funzionali, assicurando praticità e privacy. La cucina è completamente attrezzata, includendo una lavastoviglie.

    Il giardino esterno è uno dei punti forti di Villa Maddalena, offrendo spazi ampi e ben curati dove rilassarsi, giocare o semplicemente godersi la serenità dell`ambiente.     Dal mese di settembre al mese di maggio, l’utilizzo del riscaldamento prevede un supplemento di €40,00 al giorno da pagare in loco.
    Il supplemento si intende per 24 ore, a partire dalla mezzanotte del giorno del check-in. Il servizio è disponibile su richiesta e deve essere concordato prima dell’arrivo con il proprietario.

    Per utilizzare il camino a legna è previsto un supplemento di 50€ al giorno, da pagare direttamente in loco.
