"This was the coolest place we stayed in during our entire trip. The room had everything we needed & had some very fun surprises built in as well. The wind was super strong during our stay but we still slept soundly. It’s about 30 minutes outside of Selfoss, but it is absolutely worth the stay. The northern lights viewing space at the top of the tower is incredible! It’s quiet, cozy & has seating all around. "We booked 2 rooms by mistake, that's on me. I did not check both of them, but the one we did use was very underwhelming. The house itself is ok, if a bit sterile. But it hadn't been cleaned properly as the floor was dirty, the shower has soap residues and there was a good amount of dust everywhere. Everything felt cheap, like they bough all of it used and didn't even try to make it look good. It really wasn't a big deal, but with other options available I do not recommend this rental."

"Room was too small. Bathroom wasn’t very good, you can get either cold water or hot water, you cannot mix to get warm or lukewarm water. Breakfast was good"

"Our stay at The Six was absolutely lovely. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and polite throughout our visit. The room was fantastic — the beds were super comfortable, and the whole space felt warm and welcoming. Housekeeping came by daily. The location is perfect. We stayed for a weekend city break, and having the Galleria right next door made shopping and dining so convenient. Although we didn’t dine at the hotel, the food looked amazing. We did enjoy the bar, and the cocktails were excellent. Once again, the staff were polite, attentive, and friendly. I would definitely stay here again."

"The location was great. We stayed twice. First was two nights when the TV did not work but as maintenance staff do not work weekends, no one cared. Breakfest was cold/empty shelf. The room was like a cgeap camper with the toilet in the shower. No tossues. Secont stay they kept us waiting from 0820 till 1455 to check in while other clients were checking on earlier."

"Great location. Easy access to trains and buses. Food available- no breakfast buffet but you can purchase some drinks and food (eg sandwich, panini, yoghurt, fruits etc) from their barception. They also have a very small selection of meal menu if you’re hungry. But there are plenty of other eateries nearby anyway. Room is small. Generally clean enough but there was some unpleasant smell coming out from ventilation grill in some mornings. Cost is cheaper than other hotels. Check-in took a while for me - I booked thru Hotel.com but they couldn’t find the booking when I arrived. Staff helpful and managed to fix it and get me a room."

"Excellent Breakfast. Many choices including hot and cold food and Swedish specialities. Definitely worth the price. Lovely staff, very helpful and patient, fluent in English. There is a very organised, self-service luggage storage that is free of charge. The window in my room is quite big but cannot be opened, so not great ventilation. The room is clean but given the price I'm paying, I'd say this is mostly expected. "
