Welcome to our listing for Seagull Apartment. It is situated in Scarborough's Old Town which is a beautifully historic part of the town, whilst also benefitting from being a central location close to the best that Scarborough has to offer.

The apartment is opposite the recently renovated market hall which has a butchers, bakery, coffee shop and other independent shops. The location is 5 minutes both from town and the beautiful South Bay beach.

The apartment has an open plan kitchen and lounge which is light and airy. It is made up of two double bedrooms, one of which has an en suite and then there is also a family bathroom.

The lounge has two sofas, one of which is a very comfortable double sofa bed.

The properties are located behind gates where there are picnic tables to sit and enjoy the sunshine

We are available 24/7

The old town is steeped in history.The public market hall has just undergone a refurbishment so now has heating variety of stalls to browse around
The beach is literally 3 mins away and as we accept dogs there are lively walks to have round and about

Located in the old town so walking is so easy either to the castle /beach/shops

Lovely flat, close to everything

Warm, comfortable and clean. Lovely master bedroom with super comfy bed, excellent kitchen and two nice bathrooms. Perfect weekend stay.

Stayed with a group of girls as attending the Scarborough Open Air Theatre - great location. Lovely and clean apartment - bigger than the photo's show, host Steff answered all my questions before our arrival. Would certainly stay here again and recommend.

Great location, but struggled to self cater

The location of the property was perfect for getting to the north and south shore, as well as restaurants and pubs. We brought supplies to cook breakfast but the place didn’t have a frying pan or proper utensils for cooking a meal. There was a bit of a damp smell in the main bathroom and double bedroom, we found our towels weren’t drying when hung up, even after a couple days. We saw in precious reviews that there wasn’t any extra toilet paper or bin bags so we brought our own and were glad we did, as we can confirm that spare supplies were not provided, nor was kitchen roll. Other than those things, the lounge area was big and perfect for hanging out and the dinner table was great too.

Nice apartment

Apartment was a good size and nicely furnished, beds weren't overly comfy and we asked for a travel cot which wasn't there and i had to make some calls chasing it, also no high chair which it did say there would be on the listing. I was sleeping at the back which was fine but there was a lot of noise on the front from people passing, made worse since it is a ground floor flat. No issues with cleanliness really except my baby was toddling round and had really dirty feet from the carpet. Good location, doesn't take long to walk down to the front, steep hill going back up for people with mobility issues, we managed to park right outside but did seem like a busy street so we were lucky. Overall pretty good and we enjoyed our stay.

A great stay, lovely accommodation, could do with more towels, toilet paper & bin bags as we had to buy all these. A long way from a shop. Helpful and friendly staff who sorted our problem with a heater the next day Would stay again

Excellent few days in Scarborough

Beautiful apartment, close to town/shops/beach. Spacious and modern. Free parking (once you find a space). Booking process was easy and Steff sent easy, straightforward instructions of how to check in. A special mention to the lovely friendly lady who showed us the apartment and also served us at the Chip pan, a superb customer focused member of staff. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely apartment right in central location everything you need on your doorstep and Steph couldn’t have been more helpful. Had a girly weekend away with my friend and our 2 daughters they loved it. Television even had Netflix so girls was happy. Would definitely recommend it to others no problems at all it made a brilliant stress free weekend while we went to a concert aswell so good alround x

4 flights of stairs is the only tough thing, but toughen up! This place was great, just as advertised, even came with chocolate treats and Prosecco!
