There is a short walk to the beach which was easily accessible. Serena and Rocco gave us several recommendations and a list of things to do and see. "The place is great. Lots of space. It has two balconies and one rooftop terrace. They all have incredible views. The rooftop terrace is large with seating and a table large enough for our family to have meals at. We’ve been to Sperlonga three times. This is the first time we stayed here - but we are staying every time we come back from now on. Really tough to beat the views. It’s near the top of the hill - so a very short walk to dining and shopping. The walk down to the beach isn’t bad at all....

"This property was absolutely amazing! We were on a mountain surrounded by olive trees. The owners are so hospitable. The house was perfect with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms. The stars at night were incredible. There were horses nearby. We definitely would come back and tell anyone we know to stay there. Close to the ruins of San Pietro Infini as well. Absolutely magical and can’t wait to come back! Grazie and Merci "

"The hotel is really nice, really clean and with plenty of amenities. The pools were also really nice and beautiful palm trees to give you that serene look. The views of the mountains surrounding the property is really great. The restaurant food was superb. We were not expecting such high quality delicious food. It was so pleasant. The staff was super friendly and helpful even with our very limited Italian. They also provided recommendation on what to do. If you happen to be staying at this property, do yourself a favor and ask about their olive oil that they produce, really great product! "
