Complex:

"A holiday from the very first minute"
This modern "Strandglück" House An apartment complex was completed in December 2012. The lift provides convenient access to the modern two- and three-room apartments with views of the spa park or the Baltic Sea. The apartments are located directly across from the spa park, just a few steps from the pedestrian zone. Cosy cafes, restaurants, charming boutiques, the beautiful pier, and, last but not least, the beautifully landscaped “Dünenmeile” invite you to stroll and linger. Unfortunately, the building does not have a bicycle storage room! Outdoor parking spaces or underground parking spaces are available. The clearance height of the underground garage is 1.90 m!!!

We invite you to visit the beautiful Baltic Sea coast year-round to enjoy relaxing walks on the beach or bike rides.

We look forward to welcoming you!
