The Accommodation
Spend your time in a newly renovated chalet. See for yourself what the rooms look like. The beds, towels, etc., are professionally cleaned for each guest.
FYI: In some places, Airbnb has agreements with local authorities to collect and remit certain local taxes on behalf of hosts. This is not the case in Tyrol. Therefore, I include these fees in the total price.

You have access to all areas of the house, the terrace, and the garden.
Additional Important Information
Very important: Guests who didn’t check the amenities in advance were disappointed. The house is very well-equipped. However, there is no second bathroom on the first floor (only a shower), there is no oven, and the water in the kitchen is cold (please just use the dishwasher for washing dishes).

Super Aufenthalt (mit Freund*innen)!Wir waren für drei Nächte hier und fanden die Chalet richtig toll und gemütlich. Es ist wirklich alles da, was man braucht. Unser absolutes Highlight war die Terrasse zum Grillen! Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber lief durchgehend top und unkompliziert.Ein Tipp zum Einkaufen: Fahrt dafür am besten kurz nach Mittenwald oder Seefeld. Der Supermarkt im Ort ist leider ziemlich klein, teuer und hat wenig Auswahl.Ein paar Kleinigkeiten waren minimal verwirrend: Wir haben die Bedienung vom Bildschirm und einer der Kaffeemaschinen nicht ganz durchblickt (zum Glück gab es noch eine zweite!) und die Restmülltonne in der Garage war unauffindbar.Trotzdem hatten wir ne mega Zeit und können die Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

The accommodation was very spacious and clean with a large wooden terrace veranda that had fantastic views of the Karwendel mountains. We particularly liked this area for sitting out and even used the barbeque one evening. Reaching the accomodation from the train station took about 15 minutes on foot and check in was easy using a key lock. There are many activities available in the summer with all the destinations reachable by free local transport in the Seefeld region using the guest pass, free with the accommodation (and included in the visitor's tax). As well as hiking (there are many possibilities for all levels) you can cycle along the paths or swim in the numerous lakes in the region and there is even a local 'Klettergarten' only minutes from the accomodation, but you will need to bring your own equipment. We shopped locally at a mini-supermarket about 15 minutes away by foot or for smaller shops at the petrol station only a few minutes away. The choice is reasonable, but not extensive.
On the whole we found our accommodation extremely comfortable, especially the beds. There were adequate blinds and curtains to keep the sun out in the heat of the day, although one in the sunny kitchen would be nice in the summer. The shower was very good, but would benefit from a shower curtain. Our host was easy to contact and extremely helpful on a couple of occasions. We would definately come back to this area 😊
