「The house is nice. It has several bedrooms and a nice living area. The amenities are lacking. It is advertised as having a gourmet kitchen, but the plates and utensils are scarce. 「This is an amazing property - we saw deer each day and it was super quiet and very convenient to local amenities! It felt like a home away from home, and honestly, I’d be happy to live in it. We loved having kitty visits, the beds and pillows were so comfortable, the private deck was also really really nice. It was clean, had more than what we needed, and very comfy and cozy living room open to the kitchen. I hope to go back next time I’m visiting family. Thank you Sarah. 」

"The location is excellent, right in the center of the Riverwalk, which is very convenient, but the service was terrible. I booked a room with two beds, but they gave me a room with only one king-size bed. We stayed for three nights, and on the first night, the water pressure was extremely low, making it almost impossible to shower. We reported the issue to customer service the next day, but the repair attempt was ineffective. We reported the problem again that evening, and only after making three phone calls after midnight did they finally address the issue. Although the water pressure improved slightly, it was still not satisfactory. We requested to change rooms, but they said all rooms were full, even though I clearly saw many available rooms on their online platform. I am a loyal Hyatt customer, and this experience was truly disappointing!"
