「Loved the golf resort area and villa style rental. The description was inaccurate as they should be saying they provide one day of toilet paper and toiletries and you must purchase the rest. The front desk service was not friendly or helpful and seemed to be bothered by those in the villas.」

Superb hotel and treatments but poor service upfront in the email on line booking - fortunately on arrival by having to escalate everything we got our special meal and spa -but don't know why the "total guest service" agents failed before then by neither responding nor booking what we asked for」
