“The booking system through Expedia was terrible. I believe it’s an associated website of Abritel and it appears the owner of the properties instructions didn’t carry over to Expedia. We subsequently had very little instruction as to get access to the property.
Weather this was the fault of the owner or not, once the owner was made aware of this they weren’t very understanding or helpful. They kept telling me instructions were ‘emailed’ when I hadn’t received anything. They didn’t take any……
