Insgesamt nicht serviceorientiert. Die neue Lobby ist schön aber laut. Der Wellnessbereich gehört zum Ramsau Bad, laut und voll. "This hotel is a true gem. If you are thinking about booking it - do it!!! We originally booked only 2 nights but extended our stay 2 more nights because we loved it so much. Can't even name all the convenient features, like the little essential oil on the night stand for better sleep, the complimentary "Zirben" Water, the integrated radio in the bathroom, the list goes on. Best of all was their service. Anna and Susie take care of you all day long. The breakfast offered it truly out of this...
