"Convenient location off the highway with free parking (gate closed at night). Included breakfast is ok. Staff is friendly and helpful. Room and bathroom were clean. Room heating can be increased or stopped. There's a large green space outside the cafeteria that the children liked. The only issue we had was an occasional unpleasant smell in the hallway and bathroom which seemed worse on the second day. We will consider staying here again in the future."

"The hotel doesn’t tidy your room each day, instead every other day. We asked, they said they would, they didn’t. This is also a really busy hotel and very noisy where our room was overlooking the vehicle drop off. It also means that breakfast is a scrum, so get there early. The parking is really expensive. We parked on road for a fraction of the cost. "

"The night receptionist was lovely but the room and hotel in general were very tatty and dated. Breakfast looked nothing like the pictures and we didn’t eat anything so wasted a fair bit of money pre paying for it"

"The hotel was decent overall and pretty close to Europa Park, which was a plus. The staff was friendly and welcoming the entire stay. I’ve stayed at Moxie hotels all over, and this one felt like the smallest one so far. The room, especially the bathroom, was a bit tight, but still cute and did the job. One thing I really appreciated was the English TV channels — most Moxies I’ve stayed at in Europe don’t offer that, so that was a nice surprise. The only thing I didn’t like was the layout of the buildings. If you’re traveling with others, it can be inconvenient since rooms can be in completely different buildings, and you have to go outside to get to each other. It’s just a bit of a weird setup. Overall, still a solid Moxie stay. "

"I absolutely loved staying here and so did my children. It was a quiet town very friendly people. The staff was amazing. We met three different staff members one on arrival one during the stay and one on departure and they each treated us amazing. We also got early check-in and we got an extended checkout the restaurant Felix a part of the hotel was also amazing. The rooms were clean. The water was hot and nice. The environment was safe and it was commute friendly as well we definitely look forward to staying there again on another trip back to rust Germany and it is centrally located to get to the Rulantica park and the Europa Park. Great restaurants in the area. There are a lot of supermarkets and majority of the places are walking distance."
