「Perfect」

「Our stay was perfect! We spent a week at the hotel and, if it had been up to us, we would definitely have stayed longer. The hotel is brand new, modern, and beautifully designed. For us, it is the most beautiful hotel in Kaprun. The staff were incredibly friendly and always made time for a nice chat. We felt very welcome from the moment we arrived. We will definitely be coming back!」

「Couldn’t have been anymore perfect」

「Originally, I preferred a hotel right by the lake but i gave up finding that there was a railway nearby. That is why i picked this hotel and i felt I chose wisely. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood with its own parking space and a very short walk to downtown area. The room is of comfortable size and very clean; one can book a room with a lake view, too. The staff we came across are very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our two night stay here and will definitely recommend this hotel.」

「Virkelig dejligt Gasthaus hotel med god restuarant, centralt beliggende i Kaprun. Vi blev ved ankomsten opgraderet til et større værelse uden beregning, og var meget tilfredse med hele opholdet. Inkluderet i opholdet var til vores overraskelse blandt andet et frikort til mange lifter i området. Både området, byen og hotellet kan varmt anbefales. 」

「Beautiful in all ways except the shower. It’s the size of a small RV yshower and almost impossible tomorrow enjoy or Get completely clean. It’s very surprising given that the entire bathroom is big Big plus is the team. They are really wonderful. Every single one. The breakfast is also amazing.」

「Definitely not worth the money. Beds were really hard and uncomfortable. Very dated hotel. Our room was very old fashioned! Tv didnt even work. There was a connecting door to next door room, and a kid tried opening the door all night and kept waking us up! Roof top bar is a gimmick. Self service rubbish with rubbish drinks via a vending machine. Parking is 1 street away, so it is a headache if you forget something in the car. 20euro for parking for 1 day, which is fine, but we wernt put in the...

「The staff were super friendly. Breakfast offered a good variety and there was an omlette station! Hotel is definitely going for a classic Bavarian look which I quite liked. Some upgrades would be appreciated like newer TVs with smart cast. Be careful in the shower, it's only a pane of glass and it's easy to get water everywhere. Our room had a forest view which was nice and quiet.」

「Great location. Great breakfast. At check out I was told that I owed an additional city travel pass I was supposedly given at check in. If I was given the pass I was never informed. And if I was given something, I should have never been charged.」

「Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Leider war die Matratze viel zu weich und es war keine Bodylotion auf dem Zimmer, was ich bei einem 4 Sterne Hotel voraussetze. Weiterhin muss ich etwas beim Essen bemängeln. Mehr Schein als Sein. Hätte viel schöner angerichtet werden können. 」
