We had a great stay. The room was clean, the staff friendly and the proximity to Howe’s Cavern and other nearby sites is perfect. We also loved that breakfast was included and had a good variety.

I highly recommend. The service was excellent, comfortable bed and pillows. I love that the shampoo and conditioner are in the shower and not the tiny bottles.

Family run. Kind staff. We stay here every year when we go to Schoharie. Elevators, housekeeping available, windows in rooms open, rooms were very clean upon arrival, right off highway yet you dont hear it at all. Quiet and peaceful.

Rip Van Winkle would have slept another 7 years if he had stayed here. Very quite and peaceful location in spite of being right off the interstate.

The room itself was clean, lots of maintenance work was needed. The shower and bath faucet were flowing at the same time. The tub was somewhat dirty. There were outlets that needed to be fixed. The bed was comfy though. Ultimately the stay was okay. It's would have been 100% better if the front end staff were more personable. That's what makes stays more pleasant, helpful and accommodating staff.

The double bed room was not clean, dust everywhere and the bathroom was gross. The shower curtain was stained, the sink faucet was filthy and the sink drain only worked if I removed the filthy stopper. I had to ask for a roll of toilet paper and box of tissue. My complaints to the front desk about the non-stop noise from the upstairs room were not addressed, there was no one for me to talk to, I was told that they would leave a note for the manager. My daughter and I could not sleep for 3 nights. The last day of my stay there was a power outage while I showered in the dark. Nightmare hotel, I will never recommend this hotel.
