“Beautifully decorated and comfortable”

“We loved the cottage and location. Description was accurate and provided a perfect launch site for days of driving the start of the Hill Country. We would stay again.Issues surrounding the cleaning team and how the cottage was on arrival. Trash in front of the house greeted us along with other issues which I feel can be addressed by the property mgt team. They did try to address some issues the following day - we had already departed for the day and not there to allow entry. ”

“The cottage we rented was absolutely terrible! The bedding was stained upon our arrival, the porch was dirty, there are air gaps around the outside doors, so the cottage was full of mosquitoes. The rugs were stained and dirty. It literally looked like no one had been in there in months. Clearly, no housekeeping was done. “Would not stay here again. We were granted an early check in only to have no water. We were hoping to freshen up before the concert we attended. Literally left the house without being able to rinse my hands after I soaped them up. I don’t feel like the properties are very well maintained. They finally moved us to another property in the evening after they couldn’t find a fix for the water situation. I didn’t like the communication of emails. We also ate outside and enjoyed the natural surroundings and wildlife. This home was a great place to land after a full day of shopping. All in all, we had a great stay. ”
