Authentic Log Cottage on Wolf Lake

"Very clean, definitely authentic cabin! The kids loved it, it is very shallow so my younger one could wade and play in the water. Lovely sandy bottom. My son spent the entire week fishing and caught tons of Bass. They loved having the use of the kayaks. They had a blast. The only thing I would say could have been better - is it would have been nice if all the windows opened to let in the breeze. We were there during a HOT week and not all windows opened. But it was cute and if you are looking for a cabin on a nice lake, this is it!"

"Very nice little spot to relax and unwind. Access to a lovely river just beyond the backyard. Plenty of space and clean. About 30 minute drive to Ludington or Pentwater. The one and only downside is no cell service or WiFi. But that does force you to disconnect which can be a welcome change. Would definitely visit again."

"This is the perfect lake getaway, particularly at this price point. Note that it is one private bedroom, however there are 3 beds in the open basement that comfortably slept 5 of our family members. This lake is beautiful with all the fun of an all sports lake, including available boat rental right there at the cabin. We had a blast for a week in the Eagles Nest cabin in July and would absolutely return."

"Great stay! We loved the large front porch, bon fire area, the ability to use the tie up pole to keep our boat in the water all weekend, and the proximity to Schindys! Wonderful time on the lake, too!"

"The cabin was perfect for what we were looking for. It was a family vacation with our 2 tweens & 2dogs, tech free and in nature. The cabin provided great privacy and our dogs were able to be off leash no problem. The games were a great hit for our family. Plus the AC worked great as the weather was usually hot during our trip."
