This in "not" a non-smoking property
We would have rated this VRBO as excellent if it were not for the cigarette smoking issue. It is listed as a non smoking property and even notes in the listing that one should not smoke on the balcony. The owner's father lives on the ground floor and is a chain smoker. The apartment we stayed in on the 3rd floor literally had a haze of smoke in the hallway in the evenings. You could not even escape for fresh air on the balcony as he smoked outside too. My daughter has asthma and it was very problematic. We contacted the owner about the smoke and she said she would take care of it ..but did not. If smoke does not bother you ... the place is exactly as advertised. Good value, spotlessly clean, nicely appointed furniture and a fabulous view. There is a bakery/mini grocery store that serves wonderful coffee just a one minute walk from the apartment. It takes about an hour to drive into Innsbruck.

Sehr schöne und vor allem geräumiges Ferienwohnung
Ein super Aussicht, ein riesiger Balkon und ein sehr geräumiges Apartment! Der Empfang und die Kommunikation vor Ort war sehr herzlich und unkompliziert. Immer wieder gerne! :-)

Pleasant accommodation
We had a pleasant stay in the accommodation. The bedrooms, bathroom and living room are spacious. The balcony is a wonderful place to enjoy the beautiful view. The ski bus stops nearby and takes you to the Horbergbahn in 2 minutes. The hostess is very friendly. An excellent accommodation.

Top Lage, sehr geräumige Ferienwohnung
Wir waren zu fünft im Skiurlaub und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Bus-Shuttles zu verschiedenen Skigebieten, Restaurants, Supermarkt,... fußläufig erreichbar. Sehr große Ferienwohnung mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht (Spühlmaschine, Mikrowelle,..). Das einzige was gefehlt hat, war ein Haarföhn. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!
