Our private house with 1 apartment on the ground floor is conveniently located in a quiet and beautiful location in the Neu-Burgstall district, approx. 2 km from the center of Mayrhofen and just a few minutes' walk from the Horbergbahn valley station, which takes you to the Mayrhofen ski area.
139 snow-sure slopes and 58 modern facilities attract winter sports enthusiasts to the action mountain Penken and the connoisseur mountain Ahorn for the season.
Whether adrenaline junky, freestylers or freeriders - there is something for everyone. The steepest slope experience in Austria - the legendary Harakiri, the Penken Park or three race tracks with timekeeping in the Unterberg racing paradise are waiting for all action fans in the Mayrhofen ski area! Not to forget the three fun rides on the Ahorn and Penken - unlimited fun is guaranteed here!

There are also 2 local ski schools and the ski rental right at the valley station. The Kinderland Horberg, new since winter 2015, is available for children and beginners. The 69-meter-long magic carpet and the 120 to 180-meter drag lift have transformed the area directly next to the valley station and close to the house into a beginner-friendly practice area.

In summer our house is the ideal starting point for numerous hiking tours and to the most beautiful excursion destinations in the valley. There are several beautiful walking and hiking trails near the house, as well as the bike path that leads through the entire valley. The local bus stop is also very close to the house. From there, regular bus connections to Mayrhofen or the surrounding villages with good connections to other lines. (e.g. Hintertux - Schlegeisspeicher - Zillergründl)
