"Front desk lady from Jersey was very sweet. Pool and hot tub was empty so that was nice too. Balcony view of the Mississippi River was beautiful and calming. overall average but comfortable stay. "

"We had a wonderful stay, my only complaint was the room next to us had a dog that barked off and on all night. "

"We arrived at 2:45pm. He said our room was ready but would have to charge us $10 to get the key or we had to wait till 3pm. We waited out of principal. Ridiculous! They are also one of the few that charge you $100 as a hold fee for incidentals. Not a hold...a charge. To be returned in 3 to 4 business days! "

"It could have been cleaner. A few minor repairs needed to be made: door was nearly untenable, sink faucet was loose. But overall for the price it was fine. The pool pretty clean. Staff polite and helpful. I left some items in my closet and they were very kind and helpful in returning them. Overall a good stay. "

"Extremely disappointed. My boyfriend and I got no sleep because a fire alarm of some sort was keeping up us all night. Will never go back. Very dissatisfied. "

"It was all around horrible. We did not even stay for the night. We ate the money & found a better hotel. It was so gross. Stained comforters, carpet was nasty in the rooms and hallways. Pool was atrocious. Not to mention the smell of pot everywhere. Not somewhere I want my family to stay. Will never stay at a La Quinta again. "
