“Small study but did not seem cramped. Very well equipped. Excellent power shower with plenty of (very) hot water. Located a few minutes walk into Peebles main street. Lovely location looking out into open area buy the river Tweed.”

“It was 3 stories beginning with a entry to put your shoes and coats. Up the stairs you had a gathering/living room, 1 bedroom and bathroom, dining room and kitchen. Up the stairs again to the top floor you had 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms- 1 of which was like a playroom with a tv and video game system etc for kids. It was all very clean stocked with female hygiene products and other personal hygiene products available for use for the guests. The kitchen had snacks, teas and coffee with the……
